Abstract

Darüber hinaus kann aber auch noch eine übliche Verbindung in Form einer Verklebung oder Vernagelung bzw. mit Hilfe von Steckteilen, wozu insbe sondere auch auf das bereits erwähnte deutsche Ge brauchsmuster 93 13 845 verwiesen wird, vorgesehen sein. Gesonderte Verbindungsprofile sind nicht unbe dingt erforderlich. Dies insbesondere dann, wenn durch die eingesetzte Wannenform und deren Übergreifen am oberen Rand ohnehin noch ein Zusammenhalt der Einzeltei le zusätzlich gegeben ist. In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist auch vorgesehen, daß die Vorsprünge bzw. Nuten senkrecht zu einer Erstreckungsrichtung eines Einzel stückes sich vergrößernd bzw. verjüngend ausgebildet sind. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist des weiteren im Hinblick auf die eingangs herausgestellte technische Problematik ein Wannenträger, der in seinem grundsätzlichen Konzept einem Wannenträger gemäß der DE-PS 37 40 451 ent spricht. Er weist nach dem Baukastenprinzip zusammen setzbare, aus einem Schaumstoff, insbesondere einem Hartschaumstoff wie einem Partikelschaumstoff bestehen de Einzelteile wie Bodenteil, Seitenteile, Kopfteil, Fußteil usw. auf. Die Verbindungsenden besitzen Profi lierungen und diese sind mit Hinterschneidungen ausge bildet. Die einander zugeordneten Profilierungen benach barter Einzelteile sind durch diesen Profilierungen angepaßte Verbindungsprofile mindestens teilweise ausge füllt. Zur weiteren einfachen Gestaltung eines solchen Wannenträgers wird vorgeschlagen, daß ein Verbindungs profil aus dem gleichen Schaumstoff wie die weiteren Einzelteile des Wannenträgers besteht. Darüber hinaus ist auch bevorzugt vorgesehen, daß eine Profilierung einen sich bezogen auf einen Zusammenbauzustand der Einzelteile freistehenden, sich im wesentlichen senk recht erstreckenden Pfosten aufweist, welcher einseitig einstückig in ein Einzelteil übergeht. Dieser Übergang kann an einem an das Einzelteil in seiner Längserstreck ung angeformten Basisteil ausgebildet sein. Darüber hinaus kann das Einzelteil aber auch, eingesetzt in eine Aussparung relativ zu dem Pfosten und zu dem Basis teil, insgesamt das Pfostenteil umgeben. Hierbei ist bevorzugt auch vorgesehen, daß jeweils zwei Pfosten verschiedener Einzelteile zum Zusammenbau von einem gemeinsamen Verbindungsprofil umfaßt sind. Dieses ge meinsame Verbindungsprofil ist insgesamt einstückig ausgebildet. Ein Verbindungsprofil kann weiter einen geschlossenen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die Pfosten selbst können einen rechteckigen oder quadratischen Quer schnitt bevorzugt aufweisen. Die Pfosten zweier zugeord neter Einzelteile können sich zu einem winkelartigen Querschnitt ergänzen. Die Einzelteile können auch so ausgebildet sein, daß an einem Einzelteil ein Pfosten ausgebildet ist und an dem anderen Einzelteil, an der zugehörigen Randseite, eine Ausnehmung, in welche der Pfosten aufgenommen ist. Wenn der Pfosten beispielswei se von einem unteren Basisteil des Seitenrandteiles nach oben frei steht, kann entsprechend dem zugehörigen Einzelteil eine Ausnehmung vorgesehen sein, welche dann auch einseitig, also oben, geschlossen ausgebildet sein kann. Bezüglich dieser Ausführungsform, aber auch im Hinblick auf die vorbeschriebene Ausführungsform, ist auch wesentlich, daß ein Endteil eines Einzelteils in welchem der Vorsprung oder die Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist, zugleich auch eine Außenecke des Wannenträgers bildet. Weiter ist von Bedeutung, daß ein Vorsprung oder eine Ausnehmung innerhalb einer Fortsetzung eines bezogen auf den Einbauzustand horizontalen Querschnit tes des Einzelteils ausgebildet ist. Auch ist bevor zugt, daß die Teile im Zusammenbauzustand inneneckensei tig in Überdeckung sind, derart, daß eine Innenfläche eines Teiles in eine Ausnehmung eines verbundenen Tei les hineinläuft.
