Seine Unterteilung erfolgt in diesem Fall jedoch durch ein Paar von Schneiden (13, 14), die mit durch einen Auslöseknopf (15) be tätigbaren Antriebselementen (16, 17) scherenartig gegeneinander bewegbar sind. Dabei sind sowohl me chanisch als auch elektrisch angetriebene Antriebs elemente (16, 17) denkbar. Weiterhin ist eine För dereinheit (18) mechanisch oder elektrisch mit dem Auslöseknopf (15) oder den Antriebselementen (16, 17) gekoppelt, die ein zweites Band (19) von seiner Vorratsrolle (20) um eine vorgegebene Strecke ab zieht und auf die Oberseite des Stempels (21) führt. Der Stempel (21) ist seinerseits an der Schneide (14) befestigt, so daß er sich bei ihrer Aufwärtsbewegung gleichfalls nach oben bewegt und die Kante (22) den endseitigen Bandteil (23) ab trennt, der auf den Klebstoff (11) des Klebebandes (1) aufgedrückt wird. Damit entsteht gleichfalls ein nichtklebender Bereich am Ende des Klebebandes (1). Durch einen an der oberen Schneide (13) befe stigten Markierstempel (24) wird ein Farbstoff auf die Oberseite des Klebebandes (1) aufgebracht, so daß sich der klebefreie Bereich leicht erkennen läßt.
