Description

CD-ROMDisks mit einem Volumen von ca. 600 MByte sind preiswerte Datenträger, jedoch die darauf befindliche Software stellt einen hohen Kostenfaktor dar. Somit ist gute Software recht teuer.
Nun könnte man ca. 10 MByte an Daten mit Fremdwerbung versehen, die mit Tasteneingabe oder Mausanwahl quittiert werden muß, so daß die Aufmerksamkeit für die Werbung durch den Benutzer gewährleistet ist. Die dadurch entstehenden Einnahmen könnten bei den Softwareherstellern einfließen, um so neue Projekte zu ermöglichen.
Für den Konsumenten könnte sich der Vorteil daraus ergeben, Spiele oder Programme günstiger zu erwerben und nebenbei noch Informationen zu erhalten, die bei längeren Werbeblocks auf Anwahl wieder zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Werbedarstellung in dieser Form bringt für den Softwarehersteller, Werbeträger und Konsumenten somit Vorteile.

  1. Meine Ansprüche beziehen sich darauf, Werbung auf Computer-Video-CD-ROMs in Form von Bild, Ton oder Animation aufzubringen. Und somit eine Untersagung dieser Art der Werbedarstellung eines anderen.
