Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for separating pollutants, in particular nitrogen oxides, flue gas and other combustion gases under one set of a filter device and a catalyst and a device for Execution of the procedure.
It is known to be the flue gas, for example from power plants or garbage burners systems to remove suspended particles and harmful gases carried in them, by the flue gas passing through a filter device, for example an electrostatic filter flows. While such filter devices mainly for the separation of Suspended matter and aerosols are used for the separation Formation of gaseous substances in general washing facilities in which the Flue gas is washed, that is treated wet. Besides come also occasionally dry reaction processes for use, in which the Disadvantages of washing can be avoided.
It proves to be less advantageous with this known procedure that considerable amounts of the dusty reactant are required during operation which must be disposed of after use. The disposal of such contaminated reagent also causes a correspondingly high up wall and is associated with not inconsiderable costs.
Based on this prior art, it is therefore an object of the invention Specify the method of the type mentioned, with which the flue gas cleaning, and in particular the removal of nitrogen oxides, in a simple manner Way while largely avoiding additional disposal Backlog is possible, or even backlog from plants conventional design (used catalysts) can be used. Except an apparatus for performing the method is to be specified.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of Claim 1 solved. A device for carrying out the invention the method is characterized in claim 10. Another advantageous embodiment lines and improvements of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to the invention it is provided that at a temperature of the flue gas of T Rg <300 ° C a defined amount of the processed or processed Kata analyzer and ammonia are added as a reactant in the flue gas stream that the catalyst and the ammonia react with the flue gas, so that nitrogen and water are formed from the nitrogen oxides entrained in the flue gas and the ammonia, and that hot air flows around the remaining catalyst, so that it is detoxified and used for reuse.
This takes advantage of the fact that the reaction of the nitrogen oxides carried in the flue gas with the added ammonia only at a reduced temperature, preferably between 100 and 50 ° C, and only in the presence of a catalyst is coming.
At the same time, the ge, which is preferably used in the catalyst desired reaction accelerated, so that the inventive method in on an industrial scale successfully within a reasonable time frame can be set.
In a further development of the invention, a conventional fabric filter or electrostatic filter is used as the "catalytic reactor", the inflow of which takes place in the temperature range T Rg <300 ° C., preferably between 100 and 280 ° C. Here is usually Licher or partially used catalyst dust with a grain size of 1 to 10,000 microns, preferably from 5 to 2500 microns, dosed so that the ammonia-containing and / or ammonia-forming reactant added separately or together with the catalyst to a sufficiently high NO x -Reduction of 5 to 99%, preferably from 30 to 90%, of the flue gas or the exhaust gas leads.
The flue gas to be cleaned forms with the accompanying solid substances as with the added powdered catalyst on the filter cloth a Re action layer on which the reaction takes place to an increasing extent. This kata analyzer deposits form a relatively thin layer of at most 50 mm. After the reaction, the flue gas emerges from the interior of the hose and is led away. With increasing dosing time of the catalyst after Errei Chen the operating state of the reactor reduces the dosage, increased and / or even be turned off.
A great advantage of the invention is, among other things, compared to the current United procedure that with unchanged reaction rate of NO x by choice of Dosierlei stung the catalyst and ammonia, the catalyst mass in the reactor during operation can be adapted to the reaction requirements, that is, with a changed reaction rate realized a larger or smaller catalyst layer on the filter cloth by changing the addition of catalyst dust. This makes it possible to keep the pressure loss in the overall system (reactor) as small as possible, depending on the separation, since the pressure loss across the filter cake increases fairly linearly with the catalyst layer thickness.
As already mentioned, the catalyst layer can be reduced in that dosed pressure impulses are pressed onto the filter bags, causing the layer thickness reduced overall. The catalyst mass falling off here can escape the one for another use, namely to inject it into the flue gas duct can be fed directly or temporarily stored in a container. Used up In contrast, catalyst mass is discharged overall.
The process variant according to the invention enables, among other things, a reaction Vation of the catalyst mass by thermal treatment before another Injection. The pressure threshold for the impulsive detachment of the Filter cake is between 1 and 50 mbar, preferably at 1 to 30 mbar puts. A gradual deactivation of the catalyst mass can be caused by higher catalyst layer thickness or by increased or repeated addition of Catalyst dust can be compensated.
The main advantages of the method according to the invention are based on the characteristics listed below.
The process enables the pressure loss to be adjusted across the total location as needed for cleaning.
With the method according to the invention, there are variable layer thicknesses in the fabric filter adjustable for the reaction.
The method according to the invention allows a rapid improvement in performance by increasing the catalyst mass in the reactor and / or the amount added Ammonia or the substances containing or forming ammonia.
The process allows easy replacement of the reactor elements (Hoses) like a fabric filter.
The operational management can remain unchanged, or it can be a similar operation as with fabric filters with sorbent dosing.
A multi-chamber filter is not used during operation drive setting possible and thereby a reactor inspection or reactor inside assessment possible without switching off the system.
It can be the catalyst product from the final phase of operation in power plants and / or pyrolysis plants, exhaust systems, incinerators who used the.
Due to the small particle diameter, the outer surface can already This particle can be higher than the inner surface of conventional catalysts.
The technical requirements for the apparatus are with the use of catalysts practically no different from the construction of ordinary fabric filters.
The pre-coating of the filter cloth with a suitable reagent as for for example, hydrated lime can be pre-added before the catalyst dust is added be taken to a post-cleaning of the inside of the Kataly satorschicht coming HF, SO₃ or sulfuric acid to make so that pure gas values far below the usual SCR catalytic processes are possible.
According to a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention the catalyst as a powder with a grain size of 1 to 10,000 microns, preferably from 5 to 2500 µm, added to the flue gas stream.
According to a further improvement of the invention, instead of pure ammonia ammonia-containing and / or ammonia-forming substances game urea, can be added.
The filter device is advantageously flowed through from the outside in, the ammonia-laden catalyst forming a thin layer, s <50 mm, which is deposited on the outer surface of the filter device and reacts with the NO x -containing flue gas.
As already mentioned, an adsorbent can also be added to the flue gas stream game of coke to be added.
It can also be provided that alkaline earth metal or Alkaline oxides, for example sodium bicarbonate, are added to the flue gas stream the.
Of course, it is also provided that in addition to the continuous or partially carried catalyst also in suspended flue gas be separated from the filter device.
A device for performing the method according to one of the preceding An sayings with a flue gas duct and with one arranged in the flue gas duct Filter device is characterized in that flow-related before or in the filter device one or a common addition device for one powdered catalyst and for an ammonia and / or ammonia bil end of the reactant, for example urea, is provided and that the Fil tereinrichtung with a treatment device for poisoned catalyst works together.
According to a preferred embodiment, that a fabric filter, in particular a bag filter is used, the Flue gas flows through. Furthermore, the filter device can have a plurality of filter chambers have to be fed separately and depending on the filter capacity can be switched on and off.
In Fig. 1 is a section of a flue gas or waste gas-releasing system, not shown, such as power plant or waste incineration plant, with a filter device 10 and with a flue gas duct 12 shows which flue gas duct 12 opens into the filter device 10 .
The filter device 10 is ausgebil det as a three-chamber filter with a bag filter insert and is used to clean the flue gas from accompanying substances before it is released into the ambient atmosphere. The filter device 10 is connected in terms of flow to a downstream channel via a flue gas line 13 .
In terms of flow in front of the filter device 10 , one or more feed lines 14 , 16 , 18 , 20 open into the flue gas channel 12 , via which feed lines 14 , 16 , 18 , 20 additives are fed to the flue gas for cleaning thereof by reacting with the accompanying substances carried along.
A catalyst 15 in untreated or treated powder form, preferably an old catalyst, is supplied to the flue gas in the flue gas duct 12 via a first feed line 14 . Subsequently, the flue gas-powder mixture ammonia (NH₃) in the form of pure ammonia or as ammonia-containing or as ammonia-forming reactant, for example urea, is fed to the flue gas / powder mixture 16 via a second feed line. In addition or instead, 18 sodium bicarbonate NaHCO 3 as a reactant and a fourth feed line 20, an adsorbent, for example coke, can be added via a third feed line.
In principle, it is also possible that by suitable premixing in the feed line tion or in the storage container, the number of supply lines is reduced accordingly becomes.
The flue gas enriched in this way then flows through the filter device 10 , the powdered catalyst 15 carried along being deposited as part of the layer 24 on the surface of the bag filter 22 located in the filter device, as can be seen in FIG. 2. The nitrogen oxide-containing flue gas reacts when it flows through the filter, that is to say when it passes through the reaction layer 24 mentioned, with the reactant adhering to the catalyst 15 , or its gaseous reactant on the catalyst, so that the nitrogen oxides separate into nitrogen and water.
The nitrogen and the water flow with the cleaned flue gas into the guide channel, while the water formed in this way, as well as the pulverulent, contaminated and thereby poisoned catalyst 15, are drawn off below the filter device 10 after a certain operating time. The water is discharged via a line 25 , for example to a water treatment device, not shown here.
The catalyst 15 obtained in powder form is fed to a device 26 for reactivation, in which the pollutant loading of the catalyst 15 is largely eliminated by means of air which is heated in a heat exchanger 28 . The catalyst 15 thus reconditioned is fed back to the process via line 16 until reactivation is no longer possible. Likewise, the released pollutant load can be separated or recycled together with the catalyst.
From this it can be seen that the amount of waste to be disposed of Substances compared to the prior art is significantly minimized, so that The need for disposal capacity is reduced accordingly.
In FIG. 2, a detail of the cross section of a turned in the filter device 10 translated bag filter is shown schematically 22, wherein said filter 22 is designed as a bag filter and is flowed through by the flue gas according to the BE with "gas" recorded arrow from the outside inwards. The entrained dust or powdered catalyst 15 is retained and attached to the outer surface of the filter 22 . The layer formed in this way reaches a thickness of at most 50 mm, the thickness of the layer being able to be adjusted via the amount of catalyst added to the flue gas stream and via appropriate pressure pulses. The flue gas then flows axially along the bag filter axis to the upper filter outlet, where it opens into line 13 for the purpose of guiding the exhaust line.
