Abstract

An outdoor rubber conveyor belt (1) made of flat vulcanised material is bent to a tube enclosing the charge, and runs through a series of rollers (2) holding it in a tube shape until it reaches the discharge point. During discharge, the tube opens and runs through a section with no rollers maintaining the tube-shape. A number of magnetic metal cables (5) are embedded within the inner section (6) of the belt. The outer belt edges (7,7a) incorporate cables of non-magnetic steel. When the belt is rolled into a tube, the magnetised inner cables move in close proximity over a series of rollers in the same plane which have magnets (9).

Description

The invention is directed to a conveyor for the transport of Bulk goods, which is reinforced by vulcanized steel cables te rubber conveyor belt through the arrangement of the idlers in the Rol lenstühlen is formed into a tubular cross section. Here the sides of the rubber conveyor belt in the upper area lapped on top of each other. With this construction this becomes bulk goods included and against wind and Protects rain and poses no danger to the environment The area of the task and the discharge point is the rubber conveyor belt opened over a short distance and becomes lying flat by reversing drummed. The conveyor's sub-run also becomes by arranging the idlers to a tubular cross section shaped. This makes the conveyor very narrow in width. In the upper run of the conveyor there is an overlap of the rubber conveyor belt to a weight concentration and thus to shift the center of gravity upwards, d. H. above the theoretical pipe center. This focus relocation is not compensated for by the goods being transported, and the Overlap point of the rubber conveyor belt rotates while running Conveyor down. This rotation can be done in horizontal and vertical curves that the conveyor travels are reinforced and there can be rotational movements of more than 360 °. In Such cases very often lead to considerable operational disruptions, because the rubber conveyor belt at high running speed, especially in the area of the discharge drum, is not turned back. Band breaks and Destruction of the supporting structure is not uncommon.

There is now the known method of turning the rubber conveyor belt by angling the idlers from perpendicular to the direction of travel to counteract, however, practice has shown that this method because of the variable coefficient of friction between the rollers and the rubber conveyor is ineffective for a long period of time.

The invention has for its object the turning of the upper run effective to prevent under all external influences. This will achieved in that in the rubber conveyor belt in the middle Cross-sectional area of steel cables made of magnetic steel are vulcanized, and below this area, over the length of the Distributed conveyor, magnetic stations are installed. The magnetic stations have no contact with the upper run, but hold through it Force field the upper run stable. To further improve this The effects are vulcanized into the side of the rubber conveyor belt Ropes made of non-magnetic steel.

Es zeigtThe invention is illustrated below with reference to one in the drawings th embodiment explained. It shows
