Abstract

In the carwash system water is recirculated, using rain water and the fresh water consumption is not more than fifteen percent. The drain water is insignificant as excess water is filtered and ozonised. The heating of the washing water is achieved by regenerative and environmental friendly technology, reducing by forty per cent the necessary detergent quantity, and using solar technology and block-type heat generation technology. Heating of the wash-hall is achieved through application of passive and active solar architecture, through which seventy percent of the necessary heating energy is gained by transparent thermal insulation or air collectors. The mobility installation is aligned to the respective vehicle type, having high-pressure water nozzles in a mobile three-brush, portal carwash and in a device for the undercarriage washing.

Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

It is known to operate car washes through manual effort, high energy, water and chemical consumption of food are marked.

It is also known that there are car washes with other devices and sub-processes improvements and quality improvements in the washing pro want to achieve zessen. But the driving is not throughput per hour and the washing quality achieved simultaneous effort savings, which at Cleaning vehicles with different con structures is achievable.

Problemproblem

The claim is based on the problem that mechanized cleaning (uppercarriage, chassis and Engine washing) of road vehicles and rail vehicles do not testify in every approved size and construction on using heated washing water by means of brisk Renewable energy can take place and despite circulation of the wash water the water quality is maintained.

This problem is solved by the claim led characteristics solved.

(Fig. 1 u. 2).The building has a flat sloping roof for solar energy use and the Kubator is compact. The heat losses are relatively small. The east-west orientation results in an elongated south facade, which enables inexpensive solar radiation and, through the use of appropriate materials, enables the supply of glare-free light. ( Fig. 1 and 2).

The washing water is heated and the electricity generated, as well as the heating in the hall, by a solar system that generates around 30% of the thermal energy in winter and around 80% in summer. The additional energy required is produced by a combined heat and power plant and in extreme winter months with an additional gas boiler. ( Fig. 3, 4, 5, 7) The heated water enters the water circuit via a buffer tank ( Fig. 8).

The washing technology consists of a portal washing system with or without rotating 4-point high pressure jet nozzles. Such high pressure jet nozzles are also used for driving rack cleaning. The one led through the buffer storage Wash water is circulated. That is achieved condition in addition to the use of sludge trap, Ben tin separator, coalescence separator and the sample removal chute through an automatic backwash filter and an ozone generator.
