Abstract
Description
In der Chirurgie gibt es bei der blutdichten Verbindung (Anastomosierung) von Blutgefäßen untereinander, bzw. mit künstlichen Implantaten wie Dacron oder Gore-Tex, zur Naht von Hand noch keine Alternative. Solche Anastomosen sind in der Gefäßchirurgie ständig anzufertigen (z. B. Bypass) und stellen einen wesentlichen Zeitfaktor in der Operationsdauer dar. Auch in der Unfall chirurgie werden gelegentlich solche Anastomosen unter zum Teil erheblichem Zeitdruck erforderlich. - Das im Folgenden beschriebene System gestattet eine sichere Anastomosierung in wenigen Augenblicken mit 3 relativ einfach zu produzierenden Einzelteilen.In surgery there is a blood-tight connection (anastomosis) of blood vessels with one another, or with artificial implants such as Dacron or Gore-Tex, no alternative to hand sewing. Die beiden kreisförmigen Oberflächen der Scheibe steigen zur zentralen Öffnung hin, in ähnlicher Form wie ein Hyperboloid an, so daß die Stärke der Scheibe zur zentralen Öffnung hin in Form einer konkaven Fläche zunimmt (beidseitig). - Siehe Fig. 1 -. An der bandförmigen Seitenfläche der Scheibe sind aus Federstahl oder ähn lich elastischem Material bestehende Haken befestigt, die beidseits über die Konkavflächen ragen und einen über die Zentralöffnung geschobenen Ring passender Größe festzuhalten vermögen. - Siehe Fig. 2+3 -. Dadurch wird die Gefäßinnenwand (Intima) mit leichtem Andruck auf der Fläche F festgehalten. Wird nun in gleicher Weise auf der anderen Seite der Scheibe ein natürliches oder synthetisches Gefäß angeschlossen, ist die Anastomose beendet.
