Bei definierter Streukapazität zwischen den Zuleitungen kann der hochfrequente Stromanteil direkt gemessen werden. Diese Stromanteile können mittels eines Hochfrequenzstromwandlers aufgenommen und einem Auswer tegerät zugeführt werden. Der zu erfassende Frequenzbereich des Stromes ist abhängig von dem Prüfobjekt und der Auswahl des Kondensators, bzw. der Streukapazität. Vorzugsweise liegen die Frequenzen im Bereich von 500 kHz bis 30 MHz. Das Meßverfahren ist leicht für unterschiedliche Anwendungen adaptierbar und gestattet eine objektive Bewertung der Teilentladungen in automa tisierten Prüfungen. Das neue Prüfverfahren ist unempfindlich gegen elektromagnetische Störun gen und läßt sich daher in der Fertigung zur Qualitätsüberwachung einsetzen.
