Abstract

A urology table (4) for the examination and treatment of patients comprises a support pillar ( ) to which is fixed a vertically-movable bearing-frame (6). To this is fastened a horizontally-moving frame (13) supporting the patient's couch (23) which is adjustable at right-angles to the frame movement. Frames are U-shaped and the couch has only armrests (12), giving open access to the urologist at the foot end. At the foot end the couch must be made of X-ray transparent material, since above this is positioned the X-ray tube and below is the picture amplifier (3). The table permits X-raying and handling of the patient with minimum patient movement, so that organ structures seen during examination are not changed in position before treatment. It is also mechanically stable.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Standsäule 1, an der ein Urologietisch 4 mittels eines horizontal, d. h. in Z-Richtung, verfahrbaren Armes verschieblich befestigt ist. Der Urologietisch 4 kann noch um die horizontal angeordnete Achse dieses Armes schwenkbar sein. Weiterhin ist ein Röntgengerät gezeigt, welches aus einer oberhalb des Urologietisches 4 angeordneten Röntgenröhre 2 sowie einem darunter befindlichen Bildverstärker 3 besteht. Beide Komponenten des Röntgengerätes sind, wie in der Abbildung nicht detailliert gezeigt, starr miteinander verbunden und können zumindest senkrecht zur Bildebene bewegt werden. In der in Fig. 1 gewählten Darstellung befindet sich der Arbeitsplatz des Urologen vor dem Urologietisch 4, welcher vom Fußende her gezeigt ist. Ein Zwischenrahmen 13 ist in horizontaler Richtung nach rechts herausgefahren gezeigt. Die in Fig. 2 nicht sichtbaren Lagerungselemente dieses Zwischenrahmens 13 befinden sich am Kopfende des Urologietisches 4. Der Zwischenrahmen 13 hat senkrecht zur Bildebene sich erstreckende Längsschienen 14, auf welchen in derselben Richtung beweglich geführte Seitenarme 12 einer Patientenliege 23 angeordnet sind. Zwischen diesen Seitenarmen 12 sowie an diesen befestigt befindet sich eine Lagerungsplatte 15, welche ebenso wie die Seitenarme 12 Teil der Patientenliege 23 ist. In der Darstellung der Fig. 4 ist am besten zu erkennen, daß der Tragrahmen 6 sowie der Zwischenrahmen 13 eine nach links, d. h. zum Arbeitsplatz des Urologen hin offene, U-förmige Struktur aufweisen. Hinsichtlich des Tragrahmens 6 ist dies durch die Bezugsziffern 6a bis 6c angedeutet. Innerhalb der dadurch gegebenen Öffnung ist schematisch in Draufsicht der Bildverstärker 3 des Röntgengerätes in zwei verschiedenen Positionen dargestellt. Der Zwischenrahmen 13 ist in ± Y-Richtung horizontal verschiebbar und weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, senkrecht zu seiner Bewegungsrichtung orientierte Längsschienen 14 auf. Diese bilden zusammen mit einem am Kopfende K des Urologietisches 4 befindlichen Querträger 23 eine U-förmige, ebenfalls nach links hin offene Struktur. Auf den Längsschienen 14 des Tragrahmens 13 verschieblich geführt sind die beiden Seitenarme 12 der Patientenliege 23, welche in Fig. 4 gegenüber dem Zwischenrahmen 13 etwas in der negativen X-Richtung verschoben dargestellt ist. Ebenfalls gezeigt ist die gemäß Fig. 2 zwischen den beiden Seitenarmen 12 angeordnete und beidseitig an diesen befestigte Lagerungsplatte 15. Nicht unbedingt erforderlich, aber aus Stabilitätsgründen von Vorteil ist die am Kopfende K des Urologietisches 4 bzw. der Patientenliege 23 befindliche Querverstrebung 17, welche die beiden Seitenarme 12 der Patientenliege 23 ebenfalls zu einer U-förmigen Struktur ergänzt. Die an der Unterseite der Lagerungsplatte 15 befindlichen Auflageleisten 16, welche bei Längs- und Querverschiebungen der Patientenliege 23 bzw. des Zwischenrahmens 13 auf dem Querholm 11 des Tragrahmens 6 gleiten, sind ebenfalls zu erkennen. Weiterhin angedeutet sind vier Kugelumlaufschuhe 20, welche dazu dienen, die Seitenarme 12 der Patientenliege 23 auf den Längsschienen 14 des Zwischenrahmens 13 in Längs- bzw. X-Richtung zu verschieben. Als Besonderheit ist hier zu erkennen, daß die Kassettenlade 9 von ihrer links dargestellten Aufnahmeposition zu ihrer rechts dargestellten Parkposition 9a hin etwas abgesenkt werden muß, wozu die Führungsschienen 8 entsprechend ausgelegt sein müssen. Dies ist einmal dadurch bedingt, daß die Kassettenlade 9 in der Parkposition 9a noch unter den Querholm 11 gefahren werden muß, und bietet zum anderen den Vorteil, daß sich die Kassettenlade 9 und damit die beispielsweise in ihr enthaltene fotografische Platte in der Aufnahmeposition näher an dem zu untersuchenden Körperteil auf der Patientenliege 23 befindet. Eine weitere wichtige Besonderheit besteht darin, daß bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 3 die Lagerungselemente 18 des Zwischenrahmens 13 in eine Ebene verlagert sind, welche sich noch unterhalb des Verschiebebereiches der Kassettenlade 9 befindet. Diese Lagerungselemente 18 sind auf einer Plattform 21 angebracht, welche am Kopfende K des Urologietisches 4 einen Teil des Tragrahmens 6 bildet. Wie in Fig. 4 zu erkennen, sind auf dieser Plattform 21 insgesamt vier Lagerungselemente 18 angeordnet, welche mit Schienen 19 des Zwischenrahmens 13 korrespondieren. Der am Kopfende K befindliche Teil des Zwischenrahmens 13 kann aus einer horizontalen Platte 25, zwei seitlich angebrachten, vertikalen Trägern 24 sowie dem bereits erwähnten, oberen, mit den Längsschienen 14 verbundenen, sich horizontal erstreckenden Querträger 22 bestehen, so daß sich in der Fig. 3 von rechts her gesehen eine rechteckige Öffnung darbietet, durch welche ein Zugriff auf die in Parkposition 9a befindliche Kassettenlade 9 möglich wird.The illustration in FIG. 3 schematically shows a view, which is guided approximately along the line indicated in Fig. 2 the center line of the image intensifier 3 and perpendicular to the local plane of the drawing.
