Abstract

The coin operated dispensing machine produces and delivers single cigarettes. A selection is made 14 for cigarettes with or without a filter and paper is provided from a roll 2 and is transferred to a point 6 where tobacco is supplied from a hopper 4 through a flap 15. The cigarette is rolled and bonded with adhesive 5. A transfer is then made to a delivery point 8,9. Any waste is collected in a base container 10. The housing has a cigarette lighter 12.

When the money is inserted, the money rolls to the exchange device.

After choosing the cigarettes, the cigarettes are replaced by a mechanical one Furnishings made immediately.

The cigarette then falls to the dispensing shaft, now the cigarette can also be lit on the machine.

Way of working

After inserting the money in point 1 , point 14 is selected (with filter, without filter).

Then point 2 catches the paper over point 3 , which is fed into point 6 (cassette).

The required amount of tobacco is drained off from point 15 (discharge flap) in point 6 .

Then point 7 (moving part of the cassette) moves to the operation by pressing point 5 .

Then the process begins in point 6 (rolling).

The ends are then welded together and the finished cigarette falls into point 8 .

The money exchange process is now completed in point 16 and the change can be found in point 11 .

The welded cigarette can be pinched off in point 9 (remaining stocks fall in point 10 ).

Point 12 is only for lighting the cigarette.

Claims (5)

Vending machine which is equipped with a money receiving device simultaneously, characterized in that the vending machine is designed as a production device ( 1-12 ) of cigarettes with and without a filter (see FIG. 14 ). 2. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the designed as a production unit machine includes a paper supply roll (2), on which a the necessary paper ausrollender for a cigarette paper roller (3) follows a production cartridge (6, 7) adjoins the , which lies under a metering tobacco shaft ( 4 ) and an adhesive shaft ( 5 ) and is connected to an ejection shaft ( 8 ). 3. Vending machine according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the manufacturing device (cf. in particular 2-7 ) is equipped with a pince-nez ( 9 ) cutting the welded end of a cigarette. 4. Vending machine according to claims 1-3, characterized in that the manufacturing device (see. In particular 2-7 ) is equipped with a cigarette lighter. 5. Automat according to claims 1-4, characterized in that there is a waste collector ( 10 ) under the automat.
