Wabenpapier erforderlichen Klebstreifen benutzen. Man kann auch die Streifen oder die versetzt zueinander stehenden Löcher geneigt zur Bewegungsrichtung anordnen und ihnen eine solche Länge bzw. Größe geben, daß die entstehenden Klebstreifen ineinander übergehen, wodurch die Papierbahn auf ihrer ganzen Breite mit Klebstoff o. dgl. versehen wird. Die neue Vorrichtung ist auf der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Die Fig. 1 bis 4 zeigen eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von -Wabenpapier, während die Fig. 5 schematisch das Auftragen von Klebstoff in einer Fläche darstellt. Die Behälter a sind unten durch einen Boden b aus schmiegsamem Stoff, wie Gummi, Zelluloid, dünnes.. Metall, verschlossen, welcher mit der Wand des Behälters etwa durch Klemmvorrichtungen abnehmbar verbunden sein kann, wenn man es nicht vorzieht, die ganzen Behälter abnehmbar anzubringen. Die Bodenfläche enthält öffnungen c, c (Fig. 2 und 3), um die im Behälter enthaltenen Stoffe durchzulassen. Die Behälter sind auf die Papierrollen d, d aufgesetzt, so daß sich der schmiegsame Boden mit den öffnungen der Rundung der Papierrollen anschließt. Die öffnungen des Behälterbodens ruhen nun unmittelbar auf den Papierrollen und werden durch letztere vollständig geschlossen. Ein in die Behälter eingebrachter flüssiger, pulveriger oder ähnlicher Stoff wird beim Abziehen der Papierbahnen auf die obere Schicht nach und nach aufgetragen und bilden sich dadurch in der Längsrichtung verlaufende Streifen, wie sie zur Herstellung wabenartig geklebten Papiers aufgetragen werden.
