An Rauchschutzhelmen sind festsitzende Kopfpolster bekannt. Sie haben den Nachteil,
daß sie nicht je nach der Form des Kopfes passend eingestellt werden können. Da die Kopfformen sehr verschieden sind,

An der Gesichtsmaske des Helms (Fig. 2 und 3) ist eine Stange α befestigt, auf welcher
ein Klemmstück b verschoben und durch eine Flügelschraube c an jedem Punkte festgestellt
werden kann. In einer Bohrung des Klemmstückes b kann eine kurze senkrechte
Stange d ebenfalls durch eine Flügelschraube c in beliebiger Höhe festgestellt werden. Die
Stange d trägt an ihrem unteren Ende ein Querstück e, dessen Enden als runde Zapfen
in zwei auf dem Polsterring f angebrachte ösen greifen und so das Polster tragen.
Das Polster kann somit auf dem Kopfe hoch und niedrig, vorn und hinten und unter
