Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Trockenvorrichtung für Textilwarenschläuche, welche auf einfachere, schnellere Weise das Trocknen von Warenschläuchen bewirken soll, als dies mit den seither verwendeten Vorrichtungen erreicht werden kann. Es wird zu diesem Zweck der Schlauch schon während des bekannten Überführens in den lose geordneten, für die weitere Behandlung geeigneten Zustand in bekannter Weise erheblich vorgetrocknet und das Trocknen dann während seiner Einführung, in die an sich bekannte Abwickelmaschine, d.h. bei der Abführung vollendet. Eine zweckmäßige Ausführung dieser Arbeitsweise wird gemäß vorliegender Erfindung nun dadurch erreicht, daß auf einer drehbaren Platte eine Anzahl Warenschüsseln zur Aufnahme der Schläuche angeordnet ist, so daß das Einführen mit Vortrocknen eines Schlauches und das Fertigtrocknen sowie Aufrollen eines anderen fortgesetzt stattfinden kann, wobei beide Verrichtungen gleichzeitig vor sich gehen können, da besondere Vorrichtungen zum Ein- und Abführen der Warenschläuche vorgesehen sind. Bisher wurde das Einführen des Schlauches in die Warenschüssel und das Trocknen "desselben durch nur eine feststehende Warenschüssel und die beiden Verrichtungen des Ein- und Abführens naturgemäß nacheinander vorgenommen, wodurch insbesondere infolge des langandauernden Trockenvorganges viel Zeit verloren ging. Dieser Mißstand ist nun dadurch vermieden und das Trocknen auf die Hälfte der Zeit beschränkt, daß die Warenschüssel nach Beschickung durch einfache Weiterschaltung ohne jeden namhaften Zeitverlust unter die Abführvorrichtung gebracht werden kann, so daß gleichzeitig mit der Abführung das Fertigtrocknen der Schläuche bewirkt wird. Der in bekannter Weise zum Trocknen verwendete, zweckmäßigerweise durch einen Ventilator erzeugte Luftstrom wird hierbei in den Schlauch, wie üblich, durch Rohre eingeleitet, welche jedoch auswechselbar sind, so daß dieselbe Vorrichtung ohne erhebliche Änderung für verschieden weite Schläuche Verwendung finden kann.The subject of the invention is a drying device for textile hoses, which is supposed to bring about the drying of hoses in a simpler, faster way, than can be achieved with the devices used since then.
