Die Neuerung betrifft eine Eckverbindung oder einen
Aufschraubbeschlag zum rechteckigen Verbinden (lös-
barenAneinanderfügen) von... öbelwänden, Möbelteilen
o.dgl.
Bei einer bekannten Ausfuhrungsform von Aufschr : i. ub-
beschlagen zum Verbinden winklig zueinander stehender
Möbelteile liegen die Beschlagteile, von denen das eine
an dejn einen iöbelteil und das andere n deu anderen
Möbelteil aufgeschraubt ist, gegen-bsw. nebenein-
ander und sind nach außen sichtbar.
DieseVerbindungselemente können sich gegeneinander
etwas verschieben und besonders dann, wenn sie mittels einer Schraube fest miteinander
verbunden werden müssen. Die Abmessungen sind groß und die Beschläge weisen verschieden
gestaltete Einzelteile auf. Daher.
sind diese Beschlagarten herstellungsmäßig sehr auf-

wendig und nehmen insbesondere bei Kleinmöbeln eine
nachteilige große Raumfläche ein.
Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, einfache Aufschraubbe-

schläge für Llöbel zu schaffen ; die so an den recht-

The innovation concerns a corner connection or one

In a known embodiment of writing: i. ub-

Gemäß der Neuerung weist eine Eckverbindung, Aufschraubbeschlag aus
zwei Beschlagteilen zum rechteckigen Verbinden von Möbelwänden, Möbelteilen o.dgl.
ein an dem einen Möbelteil befestigtes, vorzugsweise aufgeschraubtes Beschlagteil
auf, welches in einer Nut des anderen sendrecht dazu stehenden Möbelteils vollständig
versenkt ist ; dabei greifen die beiden sich entsprechenden Vorsurunge
der Beschlagteile ineinander.
Die. bjckverbindungen können aus zwei identischen Teilen
bestehen. Beispielsweise haben sie die Form eines Kör-
persni'c rechteckiger Grund-und Seitenfläche, v/ie die
Fori eines Quaders und v/eiHe' n ihrei einen Ende stu-
fenförmige Vorspringe oder Zapfen auf. in d&n einen
Möbelteil werden die Beschläge mit dem stufenförmigem
Vorsprung nach oben'und im anderen Teil nach unten ein-
geschraubt. Bei einem Zusammensetzen oder Zusammenfügen der beiden Möbelteile ergänzen
sich die beiden Vorsprünge der beiden Beschläge zueinander und die
beiden Zobelteile sind dadurch miteinander leicht lös-
bar, aber doch gegen Seitenverschiebung fest verbunden.
Entsprechend der erfindungse ßen Neuerung können die

Vorsprünge der Beschläge T-förmige Balken o. dgl. aufweisen; auch können es zapfenförmige,
mit Schrägflächen versehene, gleich-oder unterschiedlich lange, diagonal gegenüberliegende
Vorsprünge sein. In den Zeichnungen sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Neue-
rungdargestellt.

löcher 15,16 und 17,18 auf, die eine Schraube soweit aufnehmen können, daß die Schraubenköpfe

Die beiden Möbelteile 10 und 11 werden mittels der Eckbeschläge 12 und 13 wie folgt
zusammengefügt : Der Beschlag 13 ist auf dem Möbelteil 10 mit seinem nach unten
zeigenden Vorsprung 13a mittels zweier Schrauben 15 und 16 und der Beschlag 14 in
einer seitlichen Nut 19 des Möbelteiles 11 mit dem Vorsprung 14a nach oben mittels
der Schrauben 17 und 18 befestigt. Die Oberfläche des Beschlages 14 schließt, da
dieser in ganzer Stärke in die hut versenkt ist, mit der Oberfläche des Seitenteiles
deri-löbelv/and 11 ab. Die Nut lo kann in günstiger''eise
der vierfachen Länge des Beschlages 14 entsprechen, der
in der unteren l-iälfte der Nut 19 eingeschraubt ist. Beim
rechtwirkligen Zusammenfugen der j.... öbelteile 10 und 11
wird der Beschlag 13 des Lbbelteiles 10 in die Nut 19
des Möbel. teiles 11 von oben eingeführt und soweit nach
unten gedrückt, bis der Vorsprung la hinter den Vor-
sprung 14a des. Beschlages 14 liegt.', lie aus der Abb. la
ersichtlich ist, liegen die beiden gleichartigen Be-
schläge eng aneinander und die beiden Llöbelteile 10 und
11 sind rechtwinklig und fest miteinander verbunden.
In den Abbildungen 2a bis 2c ist eine weitere Ausfüh-
rungsform der erfindungsgeäßcn Eckbeschläge dargestellt.

Die Grundform des Eckbeschlages ist beibehalten ; so kön-
nen'auch hier durch das Ineinanderfügen zwei gleichge-
staltete"Beschläge Möbelteile rechtwinklig miteinander
verbunden sein. Die einzelnen Ausführungsformen unter-
scheiden sich von den Beschlägen 12 und 13 durch anders-
gestaltete Vorsprünge oder Zapfen.

nimmt nur die halbe Breite des Besdilages ein, lediglich
das Vorsprungteil 22b, welches genau de zweiten Drittel
der Breite des Beschlages 22 entspricht, ist von vorn
nach hinten durchgehend. Der Gegenbeschlag 23 entspricht
inder orm de Beschlag 22 und bei einei Ineinanderfügen
verbinden diese beiden sich, in dem sie sich zu einem
Quader ergänzen, fest-niüüinander.

der Neuerung dargestellt, bei welcher der Vorsprung 24a
des Beschlages 24 gegenüber de Vorsprung 13a des Be-
schlages. 13 lediglich eine Schrägfläche aufweist.
Die Ausführungsform gemäß der Abbildung 4a und 4b weist
bei den Vorsprüngen 25a, 25b und 268. und 2'mob der Be'schlä-
gen 25 und 26 ebenfalls schräge Seitenflächen auf. Die
Beschläge 25 und 26 haben jeweils'zwei Vorspränge, die
sich diagonal gegenüber stehen. Bei einem Verriegeln
der identiscnen Beschläge 25 und 26 liegen jeweils die
Vorsprünge 25a und 26a, sowie 25b und 26b hintereinander
und verhindern, daß die Beschläge sich gegeneinander ver-
schiebenkönnen.
in den Abbildungen 5a und 5b ist eine Ausführungsform
gezeigt, bei der die zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden
Vorsprünge der Beschläge 27 und 28 unterschiedliche Län-
gen haben. Die Anordnung dieser Beschläge entspricht der
vorbeschriebenen Ausführung, jedoch jit dem Unterschied,
daß durch die Überlappung der unterschiedlich langen Vor-
sprünge eine zusätzliche Sicherung gegen ein Verschieben
vorhcmaen ist.
- Das Ausfhrungsbeispiel gemäß den Abbildungen oa-bis 6c
gibt einen abgeänderten ckbeschia'wieder, bei dem die
einzelnen Eckbeschläge die Form eines Quaders beibe
halten. häben-aber dadurch. unterschiedlici ausgebil-

det sind, daß der Beschlag 29 an seinem unteren Ende

Aneinanderfügen zweier Möbelteile der Zapfen 30a des
