New description Air-charged cooling or condensation system
For the cooling of gases and liquids and for the condensation of condensable
Components from Gxaen or vapors (vapors) are used in cooling or condensation systems,
in which the liquid to be cooled, or the gases or vapors to be cooled, ribbed cooling tubes
flow through, against which a cold air current is gdiaoen.

in
Produkt enthaltenden
Brüden in Pfeilrichtung
Such a condensation system consists, for example, according to FIG. 1, of finned tubes 2 connected in parallel, to which vapors containing the condensable constituents are fed to the upper tube 3. The vapors flow through the tubes 2 in a downward flow and open into a line 6 at the far end of the tubes 2, from which the condensation product is removed by means of a tube 7. The vapors, which have already been partially freed from their condensable constituents, flow from the connecting pipe 6 upwards through pipes 4 which bypass the supply line 3 and are led to a discharge line 5. The vapors and the condensation product flow through the tubes 2 in the same direction, while the condensation product flows downwards in the tubes 4, while the liberated vapors flow upwards. On the finned cooling tubes 2, 4 combined in this way to form a cooling tube set, cooling air is supplied by a Fan blown over.
C>
It is also already known that an air-loaded cooling or Kendensationsanlage from one or more recirculation lines and drain lines combined
There is finned cooling tube sets and delimits an upwardly expanding, funnel-shaped or wedge-shaped space, a suction fan being arranged in the upper component of the upwardly expanding space. A newer or condensation plant is
characterized in that two each by rows of cooling tubes
Rippenühlrohraätze formed by their inflow lines
and combined by a common drainage line
in
and in cross-section V-shape with upwards
going V-legs are arranged.
Such a system is characterized by the fact that the
location is constructed in a space-saving manner, provided that the space that is formed by the finned cooling tubes and widening towards the top is used to accommodate the fan or the fan. Furthermore, a higher economy results from the fact that suction fans can be built more economically than pressure fans, since suction fans can be built as slower rotating fans with larger fan blades. An exemplary embodiment is shown schematically in FIG. In a house-like building of preferably are elongated rectangular cross-section, like the cross-sectional
2 shows, in a V-shape, two sets of finned cooling tubes 2, 2 'through which the vapors containing the product to be cooled and condensate are shown in the direction of the arrow flow through to the connecting tube 6. The feed
the vapors take place in the tubes 3, 3 '. The condensate will
derived at 7. The vapors then flow through in upward
direction the pipes 44 'and are through pipes 5, 5'9 from
freed their condensable components, derived.
In this respect, FIG. 2 corresponds essentially to a V-shape doubled
Arrangement of the condensing system shown in longitudinal section in FIG. 1.
The fan is located in the cavity formed by the V-legs
from fan 11 and drive motor 10 arranged. The fan is supported by a support frame
9, which is attached to the roof 8 of the building. There are exit shafts on the roof
12 provided, which is expediently provided by a latticework or by overlapping,
Narrow plates permitting the passage of air are covered.
Fig. 2 shows a condensation plant; is it a system
which only serves the purpose of cooling a gas, so can those directed upwards
Pipes 4.4 'are omitted and the cooled gas can be discharged at 7 approx. It can
in such a case, the current curve can also be reversed, and the supply of the
Gas or liquid at 7 and the discharge of the cooled medium at 3,
3 '. The arrangement described above see that through the finned cooling tubes
a wedge-shaped space is enclosed in which one or more suction fans
are arranged. It then forms the entire arrangement a building of narrow rectangular shape
Cross-section, where, if
several fans are provided,
these at a suitable distance from each other in the longitudinal direction of the cross-sectional area
are arranged.
besitzt. If the finned cooling tubes have an upwardly widening funnel-shaped
Form Rrum, a vertical section also produces an image as shown in Fig.
2 corresponds to; the difference then lies in the fact that in the horizontal plane the
the funnel formed by the finned cooling tubes z. B. circular cross-section
owns.
Schutzansprüche:It would also be conceivable that the finned cooling tubes are angular
Form funnel-shaped arrangement, so that in the horizontal plane as a cross-section
results in a rectangle, a square or a hexagon or the like. Also in the last discussed
In some cases, the system can be used both as a pure cooling system and as a condensation system
be trained. Protection claims:
