Teile kann in der Weise erfolgen, daß die Hülle zum Teil mit einem schaumbildenden
Kunststoff, beispielsweise auf Polyurethanbasis, oder PVC-Basis oder Polystyrolbasis,
in solcher Ienge gefüllt wird, daß sie nach dem Aufschäumen des Kunststoffes prall
gefüllt ist. Die Hülle und der fertige Schaumstoff können starr, halbstarr oder
elastisch hergestellt werden, je nach der gewünschten Puppenart. Durch die beim
Aufschäumen entstehende
innige Verbindung von Schaumstoff und Hülle
wirkt der Schaumstoff unterstützend auf die Hülle. Letztere kann daher sehr dünn
gehalten werden, was besonders wichtig ist, wenn sie selbst aus Kunststoff besteht.
Besonders geeignet sind Schaumstoffe, die im wesentlichen aus Polyester-Isocynat
oder Adipinsäure-phthalsäureester bestehen.The innovation avoids the disadvantages mentioned and consists in
