Selbstbinderkrawatte, die aus einem gewebten Krawattenstoff zugeschnitten
und konfektioniert ist.Self-tie tie cut from a woven tie fabric
and is assembled.
konfektionierte Krawatte in Längsrichtung elastisch dehnbar.
The innovation relates to a self-tie tie, which is cut from a woven tie fabric and then made up in the usual way, ie is sewn together from one piece or from several pieces with or without an insert. uenn the tie material with often considerable waste material at an angle to the direction of its warp or. Cuts weft threads, the tie made from such a blank is elastically stretchable in the longitudinal direction. Experience has shown that in practical use it remains more form-fitting than a self-tie tie that is practically inelastic in the longitudinal direction. In particular when rerouting, where the tie is usually pulled back and forth under the shirt collar with more or less force, only the self-tie ties, which are somewhat elastic in the longitudinal direction, can withstand the not inconsiderable tensile stresses that occur without permanent distortion. For this reason, the ties, which are cut lengthways direction of the warp or weft threads of the woven tie fabric
tD
and which consequently have practically no elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction, less popular than self-binders made from oblique sections. This is because the lack of elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction can lead to permanent distortion of the tie and, if the tie is repeatedly subjected to high tensile stress, it can also lead to premature wear. To remedy this sensitive disadvantage in the case of the last-mentioned ties, it has been proposed to lay the tie blank in the longitudinal direction of the elastic fabric threads using elastically stretchable weft and / or warp threads in a suitable weave. A tie cut in this way and then made up in the usual way has a certain elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction, which corresponds approximately to the stretchability of diagonally cut self-tie ties in the same direction. The disadvantage of this proposal is that it is not possible to use the usual tie fabrics, namely tie fabrics woven from practically inelastic threads, for cutting and assembling self-tie ties. The aim of the innovation is to create a tie with sufficient elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction, which can be cut from any usually woven tie material with the least amount of material waste in the direction of the warp or weft threads of the fabric and then made up in the usual journey. For this purpose, the tie according to the invention has a corrugation produced by pressing into the tie material, preferably in the form of a plastic decorative pattern. Depending on the type of transverse corrugation, in particular the number and height of the individual corrugations, there is an elastic extensibility of a few centimeters in the longitudinal direction of the tie when the tie ends are pulled slightly.

Krawatte deutlich erkennen. This extensibility is roughly equal in the order of magnitude to the elastic extensibility of the self-tie ties made from diagonal cuts mentioned at the beginning. The attached pattern shows a tie section in the

according to the innovation. It clearly shows the transverse corrugation of the tie made from the blank in the usual way, which is produced by pressing into the tie fabric.
In this embodiment of the innovation, the blank is in the longitudinal direction
of the warp threads of the woven tie fabric placed so that the as a three-dimensional decorative pattern
formed transverse corrugation accordingly runs in the direction of the weft threads.
As no further explanation is required, one can look at the self-tie tie
