Die Stockspitze erfüllt den Zweck, das man sie im Freien bei
Glatteis
(Schneegliitte) verwenden kann, als auch in ohnrumen, die mit
empfind-
lichen Fussböden ausgestattet sind. (Parketten, Linoleum, Gummi etc.) Die Spitze,
welche aus einer Stahlröhre besteht, die an den Gehstocken, (cracken) aufgesteckt
werden kann, hat an der Seite e. en Metallknopf, mittelst welchen man die eigentliche
Stockspitze (hergestellt aus Stahl) aus dem am Ende befindlichen Stockgumsil herausschieben
und fixieren kann, und je nach Gebrauch wieder einziehen kann. Die Stahlspitze des
Stockes hat ein Schraubengewinde und kann, wenn dieselbe stumpf geworden ist, ausgewechselt
werden. Das Neue Praktische an der Glätte Spitze ist die Möglichkeit, ein und denselben
Stock sowohl im Freien bei
als auch in Räumen mit empfindlichen Fupsböden zu verwenden.
