Formolarsatzmit orohschriftblättern

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Formolarsatz mit Durchschrift-
blättern.
Siekennzeichnet sich doreh drei übereinanderliegende Fermolar-
blätter und eine Sammelkarte, wobei das erste Formularblatt
als ein durchgehendes Blatt ansgebildetiiat, während das zweite
Formularblatt in Queratreifen perforiert und mit einer Klebe-
schicht versehen ist und das dritte Formularblatt aus ein-
zelnen schuppenförmig übereinanderliegenden Streifen besteht.
Ein weiteres Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, dass gleich-
zeitig das zweite und dritte Formularblatt an den Seiten in
der ganzen Huhe perforiert sind, so dass aas diesen Blättera
einzelne Streifen entnommen werden können. Die Streifen des
zweiten Formalarblatten sind auf der Sammelkarte, die die ent-
sprechende Grösee besitzt# übereJAander aufklebbar. Auf
diese
Weise kann auf der Sammelkarte ein neu-es Formular gebildet
wer-
den, bestehend ans einzelnen Querstreifen der zweiten Blätter verschiedener
Formularsätze. Die Streifen des dritten Formularblattes kennen einzeln ihrem Bestimmangazweok
zugeführt werden, bzw. dem Kunden anagebändigt werden.
Die Erfindung ist in den beiliegenden Mastern verkörpert.
