Dieses Drehen der Schäfte muss nun, wie gesagt, bei Verwendung von Passonstempeln oder mehrstentpeligen Sätzen verhindert werden. Zu diesem Zweck er- halten bisher die Bohrungen zur Führung dsr Soh&fte Nuten und die Schäfte selbst werden mit Passfedern ausgerüstet. Bei noch neuen Maschinen ist diese Ausführung einwandfrei, jedoch arbeiten sich nach verhältnismässig kurzer Zeit die Fuhrunganuten in dem gusseisernen, zum Viatrizentisch ge- hörenden Oberteil aus. da die Führungen der durch Material- staub entstehenden SehairgelwirktRg ausgesetzt sind und die- ser bei jedem Hub zwischen die Führungen der Stempelechäfte eindringen kann. Die die Stempelschäfte gegen Verdrehung sichernden Längeführungen werden hierdurch und durch die auf die Stempelschäfte wirkenden seitlichen, das Verdrehen bewirkenwollenden Kräfte abgenutzt.
