Description

Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ringventil für Luft-, Gas- und Dampfpumpen und besteht darin, daß dessen zylindrische Führung büchsenartig abgeschlossen und ganz in den Ventilsitz eingebaut ist.The present invention relates to a ring valve for air, gas and steam pumps and consists in the fact that its cylindrical guide is closed like a sleeve and whole is built into the valve seat.

Der Ventilteller α ist mit einem Führungszylinder c verbunden, welcher in den Ventil- sitz b derart eingelassen ist, daß der äußere Umfang des Ventilführungszylinders durch den zylindrisch ausgehöhlten Ventilsitz genau geführt wird. Der Führungszylinder des Ventils α ist außerdem derart ausgebildet, daß im inneren Teil desselben eine Spiralfeder e angebracht werden kann, welche durch einen Bolzen g mit Platte f gespannt wird. Der Bolzen ist in dem Ventilsitz b fest und dicht verschraubt. Platte f kann gleichzeitig als Hubbegrenzung für das Ventil dienen. Beim Öffnen wird das Ventil in dem aus dem Sitzkörper gebildeten Zylinder exakt geführt und die Feder e zusammengepreßt, wobei das Ventil sich gegen die Platte/ legt, beim Schließen des Ventils dehnt sich die Feder e aus und das Ventil wird auf den Sitz gezogen. Damit die Luft, welche durch den Spalt h strömt, zu heiden Seiten des Ventiltellers ausströmen kann, ist der Ventilteller mit Öffnungen d versehen (siehe Fig. 2). - ·The valve disk α is connected to a guide cylinder c which is let into the valve seat b in such a way that the outer circumference of the valve guide cylinder is precisely guided by the cylindrically hollowed valve seat. In Fig. 3 ist eine Ausführungsform des Ventils dargestellt, bei der auf eine starre Hubbegrenzung verzichtet und diese nur durch die Zusammenpressung der Feder e bewirkt wird. In diesem Fall dient die Platte f lediglich zum Festhalten der Feder; dieselbe kann daher so weit in den Führungszylinder hineingezogen werden, daß bei geschlossenem Ventil kein Konstruktionsteil über die äußere Kante des Ventiltellers hinausragt, wodurch eine noch größere Verminderung des schädlichen Raumes erzielt wird als bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1.In Fig. 3 an embodiment of the valve is shown in which a rigid stroke limitation is dispensed with and this is only effected by the compression of the spring e .
