Description

The invention relates to an electrical auxiliary switch with one or more spring-loaded movable bridge contacts actuated by a plunger, a switching bridge or the like. In order to counter contact difficulties due to foreign layers or other impurities at the contact points, it is known to create frictional contact and / or to reduce the probability of such contact problems being effectively erclen by connecting contact points in parallel. For example, rigid bridge contacts are known which have a contact point on one side and two contact points arranged in a triangle shape on the other, with the individual contact point remaining closed by spring force even in the switched-off state (DAS 1 17o o41 Contact point cannot be contaminated at this point, especially since it cleans itself automatically due to a slight friction as a result of the switching movement. The other two contact points are electrically connected in parallel, which means that in the event of occasional failure of a contact point, the current is carried from the contact point connected in parallel The disadvantage of this contact arrangement is, however, that only narrowly limited plunger movements are possible if one contact point is to remain permanently closed known to let these run out in at least two independently resilient contact tongues in order to increase the contact reliability at each of the two interruption points (GPi 1 877 5G1). If the contact bridges are relatively short, these tongues become so short or the intermediate web so rigid that the resilient Au «necessary for a four-point support can no longer take place under the effect of the mostly very low contact pressure forces with auxiliary switches and practically only there is a three-point support of fully opening contact points with their correspondingly poorer effectiveness against the mentioned contact difficulties. The object of the invention is to avoid the described disadvantages in contact arrangements with spring-loaded movable bridge contacts for electrical switching devices, and to further improve the security against contact difficulties. This object is achieved in that at least two separate contacts are provided per current path, each having defined contact points in their center, e.g. made of highly conductive material are electrically connected to each other, the contact points between the contact slugs and the spring actuator are constantly closed, so that no harmful end layers are formed. In addition, these points clean themselves automatically due to the slight relative movements during the switching process. The advantages of a bridge contact ending in contact tongues on both sides can in this way be fully utilized regardless of the nature of the material or the dimensions of the contact bridges, with relatively low contact pressure forces.

Prägung 73, ausge- stattet, The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of the figure. In each case two fixed contacts 1 of a current path of an electrical switching device interact in a known manner with a bridge contact actuated by the plunger 2, a switching bridge or the like and loaded by the contact compression spring 3. This bridge contact, which can consist of rigid or resilient material and has the usual contact pads or rivets S at its end, is divided in a known manner into at least two corresponding separate parallel bridges 41 and 42 and together with the contact pressure spring in a window 21 of the movable contact piece carrier Z is arranged. In the middle of these bridges 41, 42 , contact points defined according to the invention, for example conical contact slugs 61, 62, 63, are provided. A common contact plate, by means of which the two bridge conracts are electrically connected to one another, is arranged between the common contact pressure spring 3 and the bridges 41, 42. It has proven to be advantageous to provide only one contact slug 61 on one bridge contact 41 and two contact slugs 62, 63 on the other bridge contact 42 , so that on the one hand a clear resistance is created for the contact plate 7 and on the other hand the independent mobility of both bridge contacts 41, 42 is guaranteed. The contact plate 7 is riding: means for aging and guiding the Bridge contacts with each other, 2.B. angled flaps 71, 72 and for holding the contact pressure spring 3, e.g. embossing 73, designed equips
