Kollektoren bzw.
zugewendeten Seite in Isolierstoff bzw.
bildenden Teil zumindest teilweise eingespritzt.

Brush sleeve of an electrical machine -The invention relates
on a brush sleeve made of electrically conductive material, which is electrically
is conductively connected to connecting parts and is gerialtert in plastic. The on the

well-known Wise connected the electrical conductor to a clamp, which the

However, it is advantageous if the brush sleeve reaches its commutator or
Slip ring side opening at least on the end shield of the electrical machine

namely between the brush sleeve and the end shield fiohläume avoided in which
e.g. coal dust on or. can deposit. The use of a connection clamp for
the brush sleeve, however, requires such a gap so that the connection clip
can be mounted on the brush sleeve. The invention teaches how a clamp connection
avoided and thus a possibility can be created, the brush sleeve in
desired way at their commutator or slip ring end at least on '
completely embedded in plastic on the side facing the end shield. this
is achieved according to the invention in that the connecting part is a connecting lug
is whose free end of facing away from the junction with the brush sleeve
the brush sleeve is angled. This makes it 'possible to put the brush sleeve on
easy way to inject, since the angling of the base flag only after

can take place. The electrical conductor can then be placed in one of the connection lugs
Hole or: slot inserted and soldered there. A special # -ute
Connection of the connecting lug with the brush sleeve results when the connecting lug

is partially injected into plastic. According to a further embodiment of the
The subject of the invention are at least two brush sleeves in a brush holder
forming part at least partially injected. This means that separate drilling sites can be used
dispensed with in the end shield for inserting plastic-coated brush sleeves
which is a significant simplification in the manufacture of the brush holder
means. The connection lugs cannot be bent out of the brush sleeve itself
it is advantageous if the connection lug with the brush sleeve is conductive

so the connection flag is corresponding on its part resting on the brush sleeve

Wall surfaces, it is expedient according to a further proposal of the invention,
to eliminate the terminal lug lying on one of these flat wall surfaces on the outside.
