Einschreiben --------- Betr. : Antrag auf Erteilung des Gebrauchsmusterschutzes für folgende Ausführung : Gegenstand : Kunststoff-Übertopf nebst Zubehör. Dieser Übertopf dient zur Aufnahme eines Blumentopfes und ist hergestellt aus twttwe'oder auch anderen Kunststoffen. Der neuartige Gebrauchswert dieses Ubertopfes wird gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden besonderen mark- male : 1. Der Übertopf hat einen runden Boden mit 3 kleinen Füßchen und kann daher gut stehen. 2. Am oberen Rand des Topfes sind sich gegenüberliegend 2 Bohrungen von 3 mm und 2,2 cm Länge mit einge- spritzt. Die Bohrungen laufen halb innerhalb und halb außerhalb des Topfes. Durch diese kann eine Schnur, (PVC-Kunststoff o. a. a.) von : 3 mm durchgesogen werden, die an den unteren Enden verknotet wird. Dadurch hat man die Möglichkeit den Topf frei aufzuhängen. 3. Durch die in Absatz 2 angegebenen Bohrungen kann auch ein lackierer 3 mm Draht gezogen werden. Dieser Draht ist so gebogen und verschweißt, daß er, wenn er an die Wand gehängt wird, den Topf in den beiden Bohrungen faßt und gut hält. 4. Der in Absatz 3 angegebene Haken kann auch an alle herkömmlichenWandgehänge angebracht, (geschweißt oder angehängt), werden.
