Wärmeaustauscher.Heat exchanger.
The innovation relates to a heat exchanger in which one of the
a channel system through which a heat-exchanging medium flows, for example a pipe system,
in one of the, enderen heat-exchanging means flowed through housing to be arranged
is, for deflecting the means flowing through the housing and / or for stiffening
Special plates are provided to support the duct system housed in the housing
are.
einemAustrittstutzen 13 versehenen Sammelraum 14 ei'i.
In the previously known heat exchangers of this type, the plates used to deflect the medium flowing around the channel system and / or to stiffen and support the channel system are made of metal. Since metal per se is not elastic, but on the other hand the plates usually have to be used in a closing manner, their manufacture requires care, which makes them more expensive, if jamming during installation is to be avoided. In addition, it is often the case that the plates either rust solid over time or, if they are made of a non-ferrous metal, oxidize, which makes it very difficult to dismantle the heat exchanger for cleaning, especially if the inside of the heat exchanger is heavily soiled. These are all disadvantages that are avoided in the new heat exchanger in that the plates are made of an elastic plastic. Plastic panels are easy to process, can be easily installed in view of their elasticity, even with a tight fit, and still sit very firmly. The elasticity also has the advantage that the precision required for metal plates can be dispensed with during manufacture. If the plates are pushed over a tube bundle, for example, with a hole in the plate assigned to each tube, then small differences between the hole spacings during installation are balanced out without any hole play occurring in one or the other pipe penetration. The dismantling of heat exchangers according to the invention is easier to the extent that that of an exchanger equipped with metal plates, as the plastic plates can never stick to the metal parts that they touch as strongly as is often the case with metal plates due to corrosion. is observed. Finally, another advantage of the heat exchanger according to the innovation is the insensitivity of the plastic plates to acid, seawater and other media that attack metals. In the drawing, an embodiment of the innovation is shown. The heat exchanger shown consists of a cylindrical tube 1 with a radial inlet connector 2 for fresh water at one end and a radial outlet connector 3 at the other end. The tube 1 encloses a tube bundle through which seawater flows, the tubes of which correspond approximately to the length of the tube 1 and at the ends of which each have a sealingly inserted and perforated plate 4, respectively. 5 are supported. The tubes of the bundle are rolled into the feed-through openings in the plates 4 and 5 that accommodate them and, together with the two plates, form an insert that can be pushed as a whole into the tube 1 from the right. The disk 4 is sealed against the tube 1 by means of a flexible ring 8 clamped between the flange 6 of the tube 1 and a counter flange 7. The disk 5 is clamped between the flange 9 of the tube 1 and a flange 10. The seawater passes through a support 11 into a collecting space 12 Giu? flows through the tubes of the bundle against the
current in the pipe 1 and occurs behind the plate 5 in a with
a collecting space 14 ei'i provided with an outlet nozzle 13. the
Pipes of the insert are supported both against one another and against the inner wall of the pipe 1 by slid-on plates 15 made of plastic. The plates 15 are different in diameter and are arranged in such a way that viewed in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger, each on a plate that is precisely fitted into the tube 1 and includes the outer tubes of the tube bundle, followed at a distance by a plate that follows that of the previous one Plate does not fill with detected gaps between the inner tubes. In this way, on its way through the pipe 1, the fresh water, as indicated by arrows emanating from the connector 2, repeatedly experiences a deflection that promotes the heat exchange between the two media.
