Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen aus einem Stück Blech ausgeschnittenen durch Aufbiegen der Seitenwände hergestellten Kasten zum Transport von Flaschen o. dgl. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß aus den vier Ecken des den Kastenboden bildenden Blechstücks je eine freiliegende Strebe herausspringt, die nach ihrem Aufbiegen eine nahtlose Kastenecke bildet und mit den .aufgebogenen Seitenwänden in beliebiger Weise — z.
