Essential for the flawless and constant promotion of Bulk material in a suction conveyor system means that the material to be conveyed always flows evenly towards the suction nozzle. Granular bulk material will generally flow to the suction nozzle without difficulty. On the other hand, it is more difficult to convey dust Good, because there is a risk of bridging, which significantly disrupts the conveying process. The hiring is based on the task of creating a suction conveyor nozzle and system that guarantees the promotion in any case and avoid bridging. This is achieved in addition to one at the lower end of the intake manifold located conically widening main nozzle still a number of auxiliary nozzles are provided, which together in any designed, closed at the top by a non-porous cover housing are arranged, the Y / andungen made of porous Sintered metal. The auxiliary nozzles are in the area of the housing connected to the suction pipe above the main nozzle, the inlet openings of which are passed through the porous walls. To the An air connection piece is provided on the cover of the housing, through which compressed air is supplied to the housing. This air penetrates through the porous walls of the housing into the material to be conveyed loosens it up and creates a mixture of material and air, which flows through the main and auxiliary nozzles into the suction pipe, which is connected to a suction system known per se. The inlet openings of the auxiliary nozzles can be equipped with devices be provided for closing, which are controlled by hand or electrically. The suction pipe is on a mechanical or Electrically controllable guide device attached, which is movable, can be raised and lowered, as well as on all sides is pivotable to od in large containers. Like. To capture all points. The connection of the tube with the The suction system is created here by a flexible line.

The suction pipe 1, which is immersed in the bulk material, is connected to the air connection piece 5, not shown flexible line supplied with compressed air from any air source. This penetrates through the porous housing walls into the surrounding good loosens it up so that a good-air mixture is created. This mixture occurs under the action of the in the suction pipe 1 generated negative pressure through the nozzles 4 and 5 and is discharged in the direction of the arrow. The lifting and lowering of the suction device takes place in the course of the falling material level by a lifting device, not shown, which is connected to a not shown - movable and guide device pivotable in all directions is articulated, which can be controlled mechanically or electrically.
