Electrical switching device with a tiltable bearing mounted around its transverse axis
Contact bridge - -When it comes to electrical switchgear, it is essential to
to achieve a high welding limit for the contact pieces. So there will be a large inrush current
aimed at without the contact pieces welding together .. An influence
on the welding limit, the contact pressure, the structure of the circuit of the switching device
and the type of contact contact. A rolling motion when touching the contact pieces
generally raises the weld limit.
A known switching device (USA patent 2 * 0'71 149) contains
a movable contact bridge with two .contact pieces, each with one in bold
Gegenkontäktstück-cooperate. The contact is made here by pressing
the contact bridge on the mating contact pieces - under spring pressure. At this confessed
Switching device, the contact bridge is mounted in such a way that it moves around its transverse axis: tilting movements
can perform. This ensures that the contact pieces then also work properly
touch if the shape of the contact pieces has changed due to burn-off.
Ein anderes bekanntes Schaltgerät (deutsche Patentschrift
155 038) -besi'tzt zur Unterbrechung hoher Spannungen vier in Reihe geschaltete
Unterbrechungsstellen.

These are formed by two contact bridges pivoted on tie rods, with four counterparts. interacting contact pieces. Two of the mating contact pieces are arranged to be movable against the force of springs. The two other mating contact pieces are to a further, horizontal bar. In the case of the switching device described last, the contact bridge, which is mounted in the manner of a horizontal bar, can perform a compensating movement. The same consequence can have unequal mechanical properties of the springs of the other mating contact pieces. This results in a redefined movement of the contact bridges when switching on. Compared to the known switching devices described, the invention brings an increase in the welding limit. The invention is based on an electrical switching device, in particular a contactor, which has a contact bridge that is tiltable about its transverse axis and movable by a pull rod via a spring generating the contact pressure, which is provided with two contact pieces, each with a mating contact piece interact: According to the invention, one of the two mating contact pieces is arranged in a stationary manner, while the other mating contact piece is resiliently resiliently mounted in a manner known per se, at least in the direction of the switching movement of the contact bridge. This ensures that only the resiliently mounted counter-contact piece is displaced in the direction of the switching movement under the effect of the contact pressure. The contact bridge thus performs a defined tilting movement, which certainly results in a rolling movement between the two interacting Koritaktstüekgaaren. This prevents the contact pieces from being able to weld together. In addition, since there is a sliding movement between the contact pieces, foreign layers, e.g. B. Oxydkäute, at least partially broken, which improves the contact. -In the context of the invention, the resiliently mounted Gegenkontaktstüek can be guided with its carrier against the force of a spring in the direction of the switching movement of the contact bridge, a movable conductor connecting the carrier with a fixed connector device @ g. The movable conductor is only exposed to low stresses, since the flexible counter contact piece only needs to cover a short distance when switched on. Furthermore, it is advantageous to limit the displaceability of the flexible counter contact piece by means of stops. This ensures that the contact bridge assumes the same position when the contact pieces are closed or opened and after the rolling and sliding process. The invention is illustrated below with reference to the in the figure. presented embodiment explained in more detail. The figure shows a contactor, in whose arc chamber 1, which is attached to the base plate 2, there is the contact bridge 3 which can be actuated by the pull rod 4 which is guided in a suitable manner. Springs 5 are connected between the pull rod 4 and the contact bridge 3 and are supported against the spring holder 6 connected to the pull rod 4. The contact bridge-3 is a rigid part with a large cross-section, which during operation does not bend or deform and whose electrical resistance is low. The design of the contactor according to the figure is particularly suitable for high currents. The contact bridge 3 has a curved part 7 in the middle, which rests on a correspondingly shaped bearing 10. This arrangement enables a tilting movement of the contact bridge 3. This is with two contact pieces 11 and 12 made of a suitable material, for example. a silver alloy, with which the mating contact pieces'! 3 and 1 4 cooperate, which are arranged on separate carriers. The carrier 15 for the mating contact piece 14 is fastened by means of one or more screws 16 on the conductor 17 which is led out of the arc chamber 1 and carries a connecting device 20. The other Gegenkontaktstüek 1 3 is also attached to a separate carrier 21, which, however, in contrast to the carrier 15 is resiliently mounted. The plate 22, into which the bolt 23 is inserted, is connected to the carrier 2 "1. The carrier 21 and the plate 22 are guided on surfaces 24 and 25 and can therefore be displaced in the direction of the switching movement of the pull rod 4 (arrow 32) The base plate -2 is supported by the helical spring 26, which presses the plate 22 with the carrier 21 to the right via the pressure body 27. The bolt 2.3 is in this case with its head 30 against the surface 31 of the base plate 2, which acts as a stop. pulled, whereby the countercontact piece 14 assumes a position in alignment with the countercontact piece 13. The displacement of the carrier 21 in the direction of the arrow 32 .. is limited to the desired stroke in the exemplary embodiment by the fact that the pressure body 27 on the base plate 2 touches down.
The support 21, resiliently mounted in the manner described, is connected by the movable conductor 33 to the fixed conductor 34, which, like the conductor 17, is led out of the arc chamber 1 and carries a connecting device 35 outside the arc chamber. The movable conductor 33 can consist of a. Number of thin, pliable. There are sheets that are soldered or welded at their ends. A ribbon woven from thin wires can also be used.
When moving the pull rod 4 in the direction of arrow 32 touch
first the contact pieces 11 and 13 as well as 12 and 14. The over the pull rod
4 and the springs 5 on the contact bridge 3 force has the consequence
that the mating contact piece -14 with its carrier -21 also in the direction of the arrow
32 is moved, the contact bridge 3 executing a tilting movement around the bearing 10.
This leads to rolling and at the same time relative sliding both between
the contact pieces 11 and 12 as well as 13 and 14. The welding is particularly effective
contrary to the rolling movement of the contact pieces, as welds occur
these are broken up again. The sliding that occurs at the same time supports that

It suffices to bring about processes; when the displacement of the 'carrier 21 is ai2-ca

The contact pressure between the contact bridge
