Thermoplastic box for letting in prefabricated components, preferably concrete walls. The invention relates to a thermoplastic box for receiving pipe or newspaper ends and electrical devices for letting in prefabricated components, preferably concrete walls, which are produced using cladding.
Heider Herstellung von Fertigbauteilen, beispielsweise
Beton-
In the manufacture of prefabricated components, for example concrete walls, it is common to cast electrical newspapers, pipes and boxes for electrical equipment into the concrete wall . The electrical lines or pipes open into the cans on the side or on the rear wall of the can . The cans were often held on support bodies that are attached to an inner wall of the casing. However, it is also known to design the support bodies as: marks or cores, preferably as hollow cores approximately with the dimensions of the can, and to fasten them to an inner wall of the casing.
For example, devices for producing large-area building boards in molds are known in which, before the filling compound is poured, electrical lines or conduits are held that are inserted into openings or receptacles of hollow cores, which are used to form recesses-for-electrical devices to serve. With this device, the electrical cables and pipes are inserted into the bottom of the hollow core, which has the shape of a bell. The hollow core is closed with a cover, which in turn is fastened to an inner wall of the casing with a screw passed through the casing. After the filling compound has hardened, the hollow core is removed from the building board: (cf. German patent specification 1 167 244, K1. 80a - 461 Core base plate, which is preferably held in a form-fitting manner en a conical core mark: The core mark is fastened with a screw to the back of a cladding wall Prefabricated components have proven themselves many times. The gate position of the core marks and their attachment to the casing, however, require a not inconsiderable expenditure of material and time. According to the invention, this is achieved by using a can of the type mentioned at the outset calibrates that the can for holding in an opening of the shuttering has an approach, preferably a ring approach, which is held in an opening of the joint in a non-displaceable manner. Since the box is made of impact-resistant thermoplastic, it can be inserted directly into an opening in the casing without a support body or a core brand. With the ring attachment: which is non-positively supported in the opening of the cladding, it is largely secured against shifting. Another essential advantage of the can according to the invention is given by the fact that the approach in the area of the inner wall of the casing is provided with a predetermined breaking point Approach is separated from the can. It is also advantageous that the predetermined breaking point at the transition between the can and the ring extension is made by increasing the inner diameter of the ring extension compared to the inner diameter of the can. This makes the production of the can, preferably by injection molding, much easier and cheaper. In addition, it is advantageous that the approach has an outwardly protruding, preferably circumferential collar to rest on the casing. The box is thus secured against shifting in the direction of the inner wall of the formwork. In addition, additional fastening parts 1e can be attached to the collar to completely secure the can: Further details and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

Arrangement according to FIG. 1.
Metallteil 6 eingesetzt, vorzugsweise eingeklebt.
In
diesem Falle könnte die Sol-lbruchstdlle 10 entfallen. In FIGS. 1 and 2, pure formwork for the production of a prefabricated component, preferably a concrete wall 2, is denoted by 1. The casing 1 has several openings 3, approximately the size of a fist, into which a can 4 made of thermoplastic is inserted from the outside. The can 4 has recesses or knock-out thin spots 5, on its bottom or on its lateral lateral surface. through which the tube or newspaper ends can be inserted into the interior of the can. If the casing 1 is made of wood as usual, an annular metal part 6 is inserted into the opening 3, preferably glued in, to protect the casing 1. The box 4 has a projection 7, preferably a ring projection, which is dimensioned so that it -sich_kraftschlüssig in the ring part 6, possibly also in the casing 1-; supports. The ring approach. 7 merges into an outwardly protruding, preferably circumferential collar 8, which serves to support the can C on the casing 1. In the area of the inner wall 9 of the housing 1, a predetermined breaking point 10 is provided between the box 4 and the ring attachment 7, which is preferably circumferential. This predetermined breaking point 10 has the significant advantage that after the filling forming the concrete wall 2 has hardened, the casing 1 can be pulled off perpendicular to the can axis 11: whereby the ring attachment 7 is separated from the can 4. The box -4 is molded from an impact-resistant thermoplastic so that it can withstand the impact and vibration during the manufacture of the concrete wall -2. With an annular; Approach 7 is the predetermined breaking point 10 at the transition between the can 4 and the ring attachment 7 ', advantageously by increasing the inner diameter DR of the ring attachment 7 compared to the inner diameter DD of the can 4. To move the can 4 also at. Violent belt movements must be ruled out with certainty. the can 4 in the Verechalüng 1 by attached to the casing 1 detachable Befeatigurigstele 12, such as bolts, screws, nails or the like. assured. -If the- is to be secured by nails, the thickness of the collar 8 is advantageously to be kept less than the wall thickness of the box 4 of the ring attachment 7. Instead of a running ring attachment 8, it is also possible to attach to the attachment 7 to attach outwardly protruding extensions with which the box -4 can be secured against shifting. Instead of a cylindrical box, a box with four or more side walls can also be used: Furthermore, it is also conceivable that the; Approach 7 to be separated from the can 4 by means of a cutting tool inserted into the opening 3 from the outside. In this case, the target oil break 10 could be omitted.
