Hydropneumatisches Federungssystem f-i.@x' Kraftwagen -Die Erfindung
Hydropneumatic suspension system f-i. @ X 'Kraftwagen -The invention
refers to a hydropneursatic Federunössystera for power weapons, which in
essentially from the hydropneumatic spring elements assigned to the vehicle wheels
and c-us depending on the height of the question box above the road
height control valves controlling the inflow to and the outflow from the spring elements
consists of a feed line and a return line to a feed pump
are connected.
The invention is based on the task of creating a hydropneumatic
To simplify suspension system of this type in such a way that -.,. a continuously running one
Feed pump can be dispensed with, and that i._b "? Iche billing losses without operation of the feed pump
au: can be equalized.
vrerden dadurch vermieden. The problem posed is achieved according to the invention in that the
Feed pump driven by an electric motor: xiird, which is driven by one in the supply line
arranged pressure switch is to be put into operation, and between the pressure switch
and the height control valves only compensate for leakage losses in the suspension system
Pressure accumulator is arranged.
The advantage of this arrangement is there
in that the Pörderpur_, pe is only put into operation, t = run the pressure
has fallen below a certain level in the flow line. Upon reaching
the predetermined pressure, the delivery pipe is stopped again. The usual
Loss of attraction in the system, which usually only affects a few drops of oil, is caused by
the pressure accumulator arranged between the pressure switch and the height control valves
balanced. This increases the frequency with which the electric motor is switched on
reduced, the pressure accumulator can be made very small and it is e.g.
possible, -for the intended task a small pressure accumulator of a few cubic centimeters
To use gas and oil space. In the drawing is the subject of the invention
shown schematically in one embodiment. The car body 1 of one else
Motor vehicle not shown in detail is by means of the hydropneumatic spring elements
2 supported on the wheel guide members 3. The spring elements 2 consist essentially
from the cylinders 4 fixed at the @, lagenkasten 1, from the cylinders 4 arranged in the cylinders 4
Pistons 5, the piston rods 6 of which are hinged to the wheel guide members 3, and
from the pressure accumulators 7 in the newspaper connecting the cylinders 4 of the wheel axle
8 near the cylinder 4. are arranged. To the newspaper 8 is by means of the
Newspaper 9, in which the pressure holding valve 10 is arranged, the height control valve
11 connected. The rod 12 of the control piston in the height control valve 11 is with
connected to the torsion bar 13 connecting the had guide members 3. To the height control valve
11 is still the flow line 14 and the return line 15 connected, the
both are connected to the feed pump 16 (including the storage tank),
through the
Electric motor 17 is driven. The electric motor
17 is switched on and off by means of the pressure switch 18, -der to the flow line
14 is connected and switches on the electric motor when the pressure drops. Furthermore is
to the supply line 14 between the pressure switch 18 and the height control valve
11 of the small pressure memory 19 is connected. With normal load on the car body
1 is the control slide in the height control valve 11 in the drawn middle
Position in which he has both the flow line 1 ¢ and the return line
15 blocked from the newspaper g. If leakage occurs in the system, the control piston will
in the height control valve 11 via the Radführunsglieder 3, the torsion bar 13 and the rod
12 shifted so that the flow line 14 with the newspaper 9 and thus with
the newspaper 8 leading to the spring elements and the loss of pressure oil
is compensated by means of the accumulator 19. Only when the pressure loss
rises above a certain value, the electric motor is switched on via the pressure switch 18
17 and the feed pump 16 are put into operation and the system is supplied with pressurized oil.
In addition, the height control valve 11 speaks in a known manner to the change in distance
between the Yiagenkasten 1 and the wheel guide members 3 and connects entreder
the newspaper 9 with the flow line 14 or with the return line 15. The feed pump
16 is only driven intermittently. The pressure holding valve 10 prevents the pressure:
cannot drop below a minimum value in the system. Hydraulic strikes in the system
Avoid this.
