Die Folge hiervon ist, daß, so lange die Federn eine genügende Spannung besitzen, zwar ein Festhalten der Gestellstäbe an den Halteringen erreicht, jedoch eine Verschiebung gegen diese wesentlich erschwert wird, daß dagegen, sobald die Federn mit der Zeit erlahmen, die Verschiebung der Gestellstäbe zwar erleichtert, jedoch die Spannung, mit der sie Haltering und Stäbe gegeneinander pressen, zugleich so verringert wird, daß eine Sicherheit gegen unbeabsichtigte Verschiebungen nicht mehr genügend vorhanden ist. Das Rockgestell besteht aus den Halteringen i, 2, 3, 4, von denen der erste als verstellbarer Meßring, der zweite als verstellbarer Haltering mit der den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Feststellvorrichtung und die Ringe 3, 4 als einfache verstellbare Halteringe ohne Feststellvorrichtung ausgebildet sind. In bekannter Weise ist das Rockgestell mittels der Stäbe 6 an dem auf der Haltestange 5 drehbar angeordneten Ring 9 -aufgehängt und steht mittels der Stäbe 12 auch mit dem um die Stange 5 drehbaren Ring 46 in Verbindung. Die Feststellvorrichtung des Halteringes 2 besteht aus Haken 36, die auf bogenförmigen Federteilen 38 befestigt sind. Letztere liegen an dem Ring 2 an und sind an ihren Enden mit dem hakenförmigen Teil der nächsten Feder verbunden. Hierdurch wird eine Art Hakenband erzeugt,' das mittels der verschiebbaren Klammern 27 ^an dem Ring 2 gehalten wird. Solange sich jede Klammer 37 in der Mitte zwischen zwei Haken 36 und den von denselben umfaßten Gestellstäben 16 befindet, liegen die Haken 36 und die bogenförmigen Teile der Feder nur verhältnismäßig lose an dem Haltering 2 an, so daß die Gestellstäbe 16 an einer Verschiebung gegen den Haltering 2 nach oben oder unten nicht gehindert werden.
