Induction motor with ring winding The invention relates to induction motors in which the coils of the stator winding are wound in a ring around "the yoke . Such a ring winding is particularly advantageous for 2-pole short motors" because it has a small - average winding length. results. This is associated with low copper consumption and flat winding heads.
However, since such a winding enclosed the stator package on all sides
it is difficult to attach the end shields.
An embodiment has become known in which a bearing plate
the teeth of the stand # rests with its centering edge. Fastening bolts
are guided through the stand slots. However, this structure hinders an intensive one
Ventilation of the winding heads. In addition, diA. bolts take up some of the winding space
Grooves, the task of this invention is-b it "a simpler constructive solution for
Attachment of the bearing shields indicate what an intensive Vilckelkopfbelüftung
allows.
Deshalb wird erfindungsgemäß ein -Induktionsmotor->-vorgeschlagen',

Therefore, according to the invention, an induction motor is proposed, in which the coils of the stator winding are wound around the stator yoke in a ring-like manner with the code #, calibrate that at the same time extending webs made of non-magnetic material are arranged as carriers of the bearing shields. ' The advantages and further details of the invention are described with reference to the drawing.

Fig.1.
Fig. 2 shows a section in direction A through the lotor according to Fig.1. With 1 the stator core of the motor is designated, with 2 the rotor, with 3 a bearing shield and with 4 one of the coils surrounding the stator core 1 in a ring, which is embedded on the one hand in a groove and on the other hand between two webs 6 5 radially extending webs 6 are made of plastic and are connected in one piece to a ring 7 glued to the stator circumference to simplify fastening. The end shield 3 is placed radially on the outside of the webs 6 zent iert. With this arrangement according to the invention, extremely effective ventilation is possible. The vanes 9 arranged on the short-circuit rings 8 (FIG. 2) of the rotor suck in the air through the axial openings 10 in the end shield and blow it in the direction of the arrow past the winding through the openings remaining between the webs 6 radially outward. There are no significant air resistances, so that the cooling effect is very good at high air speeds.4 It is advantageous to let the webs 6 protrude axially beyond the laminated core 1 and to attach the end shield only at the axial edge. Then the outlet openings for the cooling air are large. On the other hand, there is a cylindrical edge 11 of the end shield
Instead of arranging webs on the outer circumferential surface, these can also be arranged on the end faces of the laminated core 1 and integrally connected to an annular disk which, as an end disk, is adapted to the contours of the grooved stator laminated core. With this solution, the diameter of the motor can be reduced, since webs arranged on the end faces do not necessarily have to protrude radially beyond the laminated core 1.
