Description

Aufhängevorrichtung für Farbbänder. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Aufhängevorrichtung für Farbbänder, insbesondere für Registriergeräteo Farbbänder, insbesondere für Registriergeräte u.dgl., die vielfach eine beschränkte Länge aufweisen; werden. bekanntlich an ihren Enden aufgehängt-gehalten. Hierzu ist vielfach am Bandende eine Öse vorgesehdn, mit der das Farbband an einem Aufnahmezapfen oodglo -angeordnet wird. Das in dieser Weise aufgehängte Farbband soll sieh hierbei, möglichst unter einer gewissen federnden Spannung befinden. Dies erreicht man einerseits dadurch, dass die Aufnahmezapfen federnd nachgiebig gelagert sind. Andererseits kenniman -schon eine-Halterung der Öse an dem Farbband in der Weise, dass das Bandende von einem Metallstück begrenzt wird, an dem eine' Schlauchfeder angebracht ist, die zusammen mit dem Metallstück eine-Öse bildet. Eine solche federnde Gestaltung des'Bandendes ist umständlioh, aufwendig und teuer. Das Befestigender Schlauchfeder-an der Metalleinfassung bedingt die Schaffung von besonderen Befestigungspunkten: Hierbei kommt es vor, dass die Befestigung nicht dauerhaft ist, so dass di_e Schlauchfeder einseitig abspringt, was zu einer unangenehmen Störung im Regißtrierbetrieb führt. Aufgabe-der Erfindung ist, eine federnde Aufhängevorrichtung für Farbbänder zu schaffen, die leicht herzustellen und dauerhaft ist. Die Aufhängevorrichtung an den Farbbändern zeichnet-sich gemäß der Erfindung dadurch aus, daß die Ösenhalterung=und das Ösenauge einteilig und aus demselben Material gebildet ist, sowie das Ösenauge .durch die materialelastische Eigsnschaft des das Auge bildenden Werkstoffes federnd nachgiebig ist. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine Aufhängevorrichtung, die im Aufbau einfach ist und zu einer leichten Herstellung führt. Ösenhalterungen und Ösenauge sind hierbei einstöckig und bestehen vorteilhaft aus Kunststoff. Das Ganze kann in einem Arbeitsgang, z.B. durch Spritzen des Kunststoffes gefertigt werden. Die federnde Aufhängungsart des Farbbandes ergibt sich hierbei durch den elastischen Werkstoff selbst, aus dem die Aufhängevorrichtung gebildet ist. Zu der Elastizität des Werkstoffes selbst kann man noch die Form des Auges so gestalten, daß das Auge noch eine weitere Elastizität erhält. Die Aufhängevorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen eines federnden Gespannthaltens des Farbbandes zwischen den Aufnahmezapfen, der Dauerhaftigkeit und einer billigen Herstellungsweise. Die Halterung kann als Kappe ausg@bildet sein, die das Bandende umgibt. Hierbei erfolgt die Verbindung der Kappe mit dem Bandende mittels einer durch ein oder mehrere Löcher des Gewebes gespritzten Masse. Der Verbindungszapfen ist mit der Halterungskappe einstöckig ausgebildet. Man erreicht auf diese Weise eine sichere Halterung des Bandendes in der Aufhängevorrichtung. Mit der Herstellung der Aufhängevoa°-richtung durch Spritzen des Kunststoffes erzielt man-zugleich eine feste und dauerhafte Verbindung der Aufhängevorrichtungmit dem Bandende.Suspension device for color ribbons.
