Device for the automatic drawing together of two zipper halves
The invention relates to an automatic contraction device
of zipper halves made of any length with Yietall links occupied straps
and linkless spaces between zipper lengths using a
fixed slide, through which the two halves of the zipper by a Uliedstark
offset to each other and pulled through.
Wenn nun die beliebig langen Reißverschlugketten durch einen Schieb-er hindurch-;
For processing any length of zip fastener chains of the aforementioned P.
Kind to individual zippers of the desired length, it is advantageous to both
long straps with linkless gaps between the individual.-lengths of the rows of links
to be coupled to one another by means of the links through a slide. The endless rows of links
of the two zip fastener chains must be one clied division in the longitudinal direction
be offset to each other in order to-ensure the coupling by the slide.
If now the zip chains of any length through a slide;
be pulled so it is possible to pull the two chains at the beginning of the pull through
by-the initially set
Longitudinal displacement by one link thickness
to bring into the correct engagement and this engagement also on certain chain lengths
to ensure. Gradually, however, due to differences in the tape material or
like in the longitudinal direction deviations of the two fastener chains in the
Dislocation occur around a locking member, which lead to the first two
Limbs behind the jointless gaps are no longer around a division but rather
are offset by more or less to each other, so that -then pass through
the slider jams occur which the automatic coupling of the arbitrary
interfere with long zipper chains.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide the automatic clutch
the zipper chains of any length behind the linkless gaps in the area
Always ensure a length of zipper at a time.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that in the
The device mentioned at the beginning, the upper slide shield in the area of convergence
of the zipper halves with two openings above the two rows of links
is provided .. by the - two against each other - isolated to the correct pitch
the links in the longitudinal direction offset electrically conductive feelers freely in the linkless
Grab gaps and when you hit the first two links over these links one
Circuit
with a magnet .. which lifts the feelers out of the area of the rows of links.
If changes occur, for example in the band lengths, which lead to the fact that the first fastener links behind a gap are no longer offset by the correct link spacing, then behind the link gap through the stop of the first metal links of the two zipper halves against the two sensors restored or corrected this distance so that a correct coupling engagement always takes place without disturbances. After the correction, which only takes place for a short time, the antennae are lifted out of the range of the limbs. In order to then ensure the engagement of the sensor in the jointless gap and thus to achieve the stop option again, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the procedure is that in the circuit of the magnet there is a pushbutton switch reaching into the jointless gaps, by engaging it in the gaps of the magnetic circuit is switched off so that the sensor transit a suspension in the gaps occur, the invention will now show-reference to the accompanying drawing in detail explained and zwa-r:. Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of the device according to the invention ; Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device according to Fig. 1. The device according to the invention is intended to automatically couple two zip fastener chains of any length, which are provided at intervals or between link-free gaps with metallic locking links of the desired length, to thereby the subsequent We.Iterprocessing to facilitate. For this purpose a fixed slide is provided, the lower plate of which is formed by the surface of a base 1 and the upper plate 2 of which is set in vibrating motion via the slide wedge 3 with the base 1 or the slide in the direction of the passage of the two zip fastener chains. The two zip fastener chains 4 and 5, the straps of which are alternately provided with metallic fastener links corresponding to a fastener length and a limbless gap, are pulled through the slide by a driven roller behind the slide, the first link of a row of lilacs opposite the first Link of the other row of links is offset by a pitch of the links in the longitudinal direction.
Since now, as mentioned above, "the offset of the first links of the two rows of links can change over the great length of the two slide fastener chains and this gives rise to disturbances in coupling, the following procedure is followed according to the invention. The upper slide shield 2 is offset in the longitudinal direction with two openings 6 and 7. A sensor 8 made of electrically conductive material, for example metal, engages through these openings, and these sensors sit on two lever arms 9, which are mutually connected by an insulating layer 10 and pivotable about axis 11 > .gelagert-is. the coming against the first two terms of the shutter halves to the bearing edge of the two # probe is now by one pitch in the longitudinal direction versetzt- This sensor 8 engage the members without gaps by a spring 12, and the two subsequent rows of links of a locking length come when pulling the two'Ketten through the slide against the F üh Ler to the system.-Daclurch deviations from the longitudinal offset are corrected briefly by a pitch. As a result of the stop of the first two rows of links against the sensors, a circuit is closed via the two converging first links and the slide, in which a magnet 13 is in series with the two sensors 8 and the levers 9 . This magnet 13 pulls the two feelers out of the engagement in the jointless gaps, so that now the two rows of links of the endless chains can be pulled together by the Schieger. So that the feelers 8 can fall into the next jointless gap ., a r-push-button switch (not shown) is provided, which falls behind the slide with the push-button into the jointless gap and thereby interrupts the current circuit via the magnet 13-so that now the at *. the sensor 8 through the suspension 12 -in the jointless gap-engage. The above-mentioned processes are then repeated, so that any length or endless zip fastener chains can always be properly coupled to the respective fastener lengths without steps #. The above-mentioned correction in the offset pitch is also supported by the vibrating movement of the slide.
