Ringhülsen benachbarter Rohre jeweils in verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet.
Abstandhalter in BerUhrung steht.
Steam generator The subject of the invention is a steam generator with a bundle of vertically arranged thin tubes which are fixed in their mutual position by grid-like spacers through the meshes of which they are inserted. In such a steam generator, which can be part of a nuclear power plant, for example, the tube bundle can consist of thousands of tubes, the diameter of which is very small in relation to their length: In order to avoid undesirable deflections and vibrations of the tubes, several are along the length of the bundle Spacers are provided which fix the tubes in their mutual position. The spacers must be designed in such a way that they do not hinder the rise of the vapor bubbles, which are constantly forming, especially on the pipe surfaces. In a known steam generator, the spacers consist of a system of crossed flat iron bars; the pipes are steved through the checkerboard-like mesh. According to another known proposal, each individual tube of the bundle is surrounded by a short ring .ghilse leaving an annular gap. The four or six adjacent tubes are placed against the ring sleeve from the outside. The ring sleeves of adjacent tubes are each arranged in different levels. Another prior art proposal provides a short pipe section between four pipes arranged at the intersections of a square network, against which the four pipes rest from the outside. The individual pipe sections are connected to one another by parallel flat irons. All known constructions have the disadvantage that, especially in view of the large number of bundled tubes, the cost of producing the spacers is extremely high. The object of the invention is to create a steam generator of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the spacers are easy to manufacture and are therefore cheap. _ This is achieved according to the invention in that the spacers are metal sheets which have holes in the manner of a sieve, which are so large and shaped that in each case between the edge of a hole and the wall of the pipe inserted through the largest part of the circumference a gap remains free and there is only contact in individual places. The shape of the holes in the spacers used as spacers can be varied. According to an expedient proposal of the invention, each hole is hexagonal and then have the webs delimiting the hole in the middle. Area alternately inwardly and outwardly directed pipe holders. This pipe holder can z.8. be designed cam-shaped. According to a particularly advantageous proposal of the invention, the webs are alternately bent outward and inward so that the inwardly bent webs the enclosed tube and the outwardly bent webs the tube. touch in the neighboring hole. These hexagonal holes create a honeycomb-like grid which ensures that, on the one hand, the pipes are kept at a distance and, on the other hand, the rising vapor bubbles are not hindered. As a further proposal of the invention provides, the holes are advantageously produced by punching. In the drawing, the invention is shown using an exemplary embodiment. The drawing shows a detail of a cross section through a tube bundle of a steam generator according to the invention. 1, the individual Rosö e are the bundle bezeichnet® They are arranged in a known manner, that each tube in the interior of Bi £ a "trading of six equidistant neighboring tubes flat. The spacer is a sieve-like perforated sheet 2. The individual holes 3 essentially have a shape that can be imagined from a regular hexagon - as indicated by dashed lines at 6 - the sides of which have been bent alternately outwards and inwards The pipe is in contact with the spacer only in the area of three points offset by 12o0. The holes are dimensioned so that the pipes can be easily pushed through. "With the exception of these three. At the contact points, there is a free space between the pipe wall and the edge of the hole, which allows for practically undisturbed ascent of the. Steam bubbles permitted along the sweeping surface. There are only narrow webs 4 and 5 between the individual holes 3. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the free cross section is approximately 60% of the cross section not occupied by the tubes. The invention is not restricted to the illustrated embodiment. Of course, instead of the hexagonal arrangement of the tubes, a square or any other arrangement can also be selected, if this is desired for any reason. The shape of the holes can also be varied in many ways.
