schlußcrähte angelötet werden."Device of electrical communications engineering" The invention relates
on a device of the electrical communication technology, in particular a television receiver,
with a circuit board carrying components, in which the individual circuit points
connecting cables are combined to form a wiring harness. It is known,
In the case of electrical communications equipment, several circuit wires running parallel to one another
to be combined into a wiring harness. Such harnesses are according to
Requirements of the circuit board as standard independent of the circuit board
manufactured. Then only the individual wire ends need to be attached to the device assembly line
of the wiring harness with the corresponding connection points on the circuit board
to become. The circuit board is mostly a printed circuit board
t tii, which is equipped with components on one side and to which on the
other side the
connecting wires are soldered on.
The use of a separately manufactured cable harness makes it necessary to fasten this Kagelbaum to the circuit board or to the metal frame supporting the circuit board. In addition to this additional mounting effort, this has the further disadvantage that the metal frame with the cable harness attached to it form a very thick bead, which is disturbing. In addition, the individual lines of the cable harness are not protected from damage. The object of the invention is to prevent the metal frame and cable harness from being arranged next to one another and to protect the individual lead wires from damage. The object is achieved in a device of electrical communications engineering, in particular a television receiver, with a circuit board carrying components in that, according to the invention, the cable harness, which extends along the edges of the circuit board, is embedded in an insulating material frame framing the circuit board, which is also the carrier of the circuit board. Embedding the cable harness in a frame eliminates the need to separately fasten the cable harness to a metal frame, since the cable harness itself with its frame replaces the metal frame. At the same time, the individual wires embedded in the frame reinforce the cable in a welcome way and are in turn protected from damage in the frame. According to an expedient development of the invention, it is as a plastic injection-molded part The frame is provided with a groove for a circuit board running around its interior. The circuit board can thus be inserted into the harness frame without special clamping members. If the frame is still made of a thermoplastic material, then the can also be welded within the frame. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. The frame 1 shown in the drawing consists of a thermoplastic material in which a cable harness 3 is embedded. The wiring harness runs around a printed circuit board 5, which is in a groove? is used, which extends along the inner walls 9 of the frame 1 calibration. The individual connecting wires 11 are led out of the frame 1 in the vicinity of their contact points 13 and to the contact points 13 .
