Hülsenlose n:unition Die i!rfindung betrifft eine hülsenlose PJunitiön

('_'`eutsahe Patentschrift Nr. : 618 3o9

auch hier eine gefechtsmäßige Verwendung unmöglich.Sleeveless unit The invention relates to a sleeveless unit

gleichem 0 4oo'rrm2.This task .is achieved by the :: rfindung that:., A
Projectile 2, which is at the same time a fuse carrier and an ignition abutment, in a firing direction
open, compressed propellant charge is so compressed that it has the necessary ignition resistance
supplies. The primer is attached to the floor of the storey. Larger for storeys
Caliber, a z; ind cap is crimped into the bottom of the projectile and into the tail cone
Sawed in ignition slots. (Similar to 'Deutsche iStentschrift'; r .: 1c2 Q17 K: 1 72)
To achieve better ignition of the pressed propellant charge is an ignition bridge
provided by loose powder. This is in a chamber-like 'extension around' the
Primer distributed. A pressed powder plate forms the cut. To this
Ignition = bridge can be dispensed with if a correspondingly strong ignition charge is used
will. The final powder flake is then omitted, the pressed propellant charge
is a cup. The cross-sectional shape of the propellant charge can also be circular
be square. In the case of a square shape, an approx. 27 '-' larger amount of powder can be used
be accommodated. E.g. a circle of 2o ran @ has 31: 1. mm 2, a square with
same 0 4oo'rrm2.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the bullet jacket is preferably made of plastic in order to protect the barrel and prevent metal from settling (copper-plating). Bullets for hunting and sport have a normal structure. All projectiles mentioned up to then:; earth rides twist fired. When firing, the firing pin ignites the mass and at the same time pushes the projectile (in the case of handguns and handguns) out of the compressed propellant charge into the free-flight position in front of the barrel mouthpiece. The gas pressure that then develops drives the projectile out of the barrel under normal conditions. In the case of medium and heavy floors, the above-mentioned bridge also serves as a propellant to bring the floor into the free position. On the. Drawings are exemplary embodiments of the `;; rfindüng
shown with the respective bottom view.
