Moment mel in erster Näherung

An zugeführt.

Eingangsgrößen zu Nüll wird., d.h.Speed control device for a series-wound motor Electric speed control drives generally require fast and well-damped controls. For this purpose, the setting values of the controller are usually matched to the parameters of the control loop in accordance with one of the known optimization rules. An important one of these parameters is the control loop gain. When regulating the speed of series motors, the fact that the motor field is essentially proportional to the armature current results in the well-known quadratic dependence. The motor torque depends on the armature current and thus the control system gain is dependent on the operating point, so that a fixed speed controller would not be able to guarantee optimal dynamic behavior in the entire operating range. The invention therefore relates to a speed control device for a series motor, which is characterized in that a dividing device is arranged in the control loop, to which a variable proportional to the armature current is applied. In this way, with a fixed, optimal controller setting, the dynamics of the control loop can be made independent of the operating point and the size of the disturbance. The dividing device used according to the invention can be arranged at any point in the control loop. However, it is advantageous to arrange them in the controller input circuit because their signal processing can then take place at a relatively low heat level. Furthermore, in a further embodiment of the invention, a dividing device which contains a proportional amplifier with a high gain can prove to be advantageous. to which a voltage proportional to the control deviation is fed as an input voltage and which is fed back with the output voltage of a multiplier, for example a Hall multiplier, the input variable of which consists of a voltage proportional to the armature current and the amplifier output voltage. Such a dividing device is largely zero point safe and drift-free. The invention is illustrated in more detail with reference to the figures, FIG. 1 initially showing the basic control arrangement on which the invention is based. A series motor 1 is coupled to a load .2 and a DC tacho 3. The armature together with the field winding 4 lying in series with it is applied to a converter element 5, the control path of which is influenced by the output signal of a current controller 7 subordinate to the speed controller 6 fed to the input of the current regulator 7, while the actual speed value n fed to the speed regulator 6 is taken from the direct current tacho 3. In Fig. 2 the invention is shown in connection with the arrangement according to Fig. 1 in a signal flow representation The subordinate current control circuit built up from elements 5, 7 and 8 was, for the sake of simplicity, represented by a single time constant element 9 and the control system consisting of the field winding 4, the armature, the load 2 and the tacho dynamo 3 was combined in a block 10, its control technology can be described as follows behavior the input R control path is the armature current Ia supplied by the converter actuator. In the motor, the effect of the field winding results in a multiplicative link between the variable Ia and itself, so that the electrical torque mel delivered by the electrical machine is, in a first approximation, proportional to the square of the armature current Ia. This relationship is symbolized by a fictitious multiplication element labeled 11. The electrical torque mel is compared within the controlled system to the load torque ml. The result of this comparison consists in the acceleration torque, which is in an integral relationship with the speed n, symbolized by a fictitious Integrati®nsgläed_12. According to the invention, a Dividiere'.a@rrl.chtung 13 is arranged in the input circuit of the speed controller 6, which receives the control deviation signal ®n as a dividend and a voltage proportional to the armature current Ia as a divisor. The arrangement according to FIG. 2 makes it clear that the product of the gain factors of elements 13 and 11 is constant at every value of Ia. the effect of the dividing device 13, the fluctuations in the controlled system gain with a variable armature current Ia can therefore be completely compensated for. In Fig. 3, a possibility for the technical implementation of the dividing device used according to the invention is shown. A voltage An proportional to the control deviation is fed to the input circuit of a proportional amplifier 14 with a high degree of amplification. The divisor consists of a voltage proportional to the armature current h, which results in a corresponding control current through the ball plate 15 of a ball generator 1 (6 ' The resulting house voltage is known to be the product of the control current and the excitation current of the ball multiplier, so that the input circuit of the proportional amplifier is supplied with a variable x Nüll becomes., Ie
