braucher
möglichst schnell wieder in Betrieb gehen sollen.
In
Fig.
2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert.

Einzelheiten dargestellt.

Schaltungsanordnung
zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens. Bei dieser Schaltungsanordnung
werden die auto -matischen Befehlsgeber A 1, A 2 und A 3 in Abhängigkeit
von
einem in bekannter Weise erfaßbaren Betriebswert,

betrieblichen Verhältnisse gewährleistet ist, daß A 1 vor

A

Die Programmschalteinrichtung
P 1.1 bis P 3.3 ermöglicht es,
die Befehlsgeber A 1 bis A 3 in
beliebiger Weise mit den
Verbrauchern, geschaltet durch einen nicht dargestellten,
sofort
arbeitenden Eilfsach,lter der Zeitrelais Z 1.0 bis
Z 3.0 zu verbinden.
Für diese Programmachalteinriehtung können in bekannter

tätigte Federsätze, Paket- oder

verwendet
Befehlsgeber A verbunden ist.
Befehlsgeber A 1, A 2 und A 3 einge -schaltet haben.
Schaltungsanordnung gezeigt.
angeordnete Relais, z.B. R 1.0 beim Befehlsgeber A 1, ein -geschaltet
Circuit arrangement for the time-staggered switching on of consumers The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for the time-staggered switching of consumers by command signals using switching groups, each A time relay is assigned to the consumer. earth several electrically powered loads @ da®o @ '@ n @ 9

should serve against impermissible current peaks and can therefore be referred to as "protection time", generally graded depending on the number of consumers with an increasing delay time in each case. As a result, consumers with a long associated delay time can only be switched on after this time has elapsed after the voltage has been restored, even if no other consumers or a lower number of consumers than corresponds to the assigned protection time are switched on in the meantime has been. This unnecessary Ver - # delay the activation is undesirable especially after a power failure because the necessary encryption should go consumers as quickly as possible again. According to another known implementation of a time-graded split, after switching on a consumer, the holding of several consumers for the required protection time is prevented. If several consumers are switched on at the same time, especially after a power failure, however, additional effort is required to determine the switch-on sequence. which, with a larger number of consumers, expands to an extent that is no longer economically justifiable. The invention is based on the object of creating an economically justifiable design of a time-staggered circuit in conjunction with a program switching device which meets the technical requirements. This combination of a time- staggered circuit with a program switching device is very often necessary because, as already mentioned, in a group of several consumers, simultaneous switching on of several consumers must be prevented, but on the other hand, the possibility should usually be given that the assignment should be given the automatic switching commands to the individual consumers can be changed from time to time, e.g. once every week or every month. With this combination, it is also generally guaranteed that the sequence of the automatic switching commands is unchangeable. The stated object is achieved according to the invention in that switching groups are connected between the command transmitters and the timing relays, which are composed of break contacts of a program switching device and make contacts of the timing relays, and the break contacts of the program switching device are connected in series and each break contact of One normally open contact of the timing relay can be bridged so that the number of normally closed and normally open contacts within a switching group is equal to the number of consumers and the number of switching groups corresponds to the number of command generators, so that all switching groups are switched one behind the other with the interposition of the command generator that the timing relays are connected to the normally open contacts of the program switching device, which are connected in parallel to a consumer on the output side, and that the delayed switching auxiliary switches of the timing relays are used within the vector groups in such a way that they connect to the corresponding consumer ordered. Can bridge NC contacts of the program switching device. The timing relays should have an immediate contact for switching on the consumer assigned to them and further auxiliary contacts which, however, work with a time delay, the delay time being adapted as precisely as possible to the decay time of the consumer inrush current. The command generator is arranged at the beginning of a vector group. The switching groups are connected one behind the other in such a way that the switching group with the command device, which is always the first to give a switch-on command and the last to give a switch-off command, is at the beginning of the series and that the next switching group is led by the command transmitter, which is always the second gives a switch-on command and, as the last but one, a switch-off command, etc. for the other switching groups. Furthermore, it is ensured by locking within a group of parallel-connected normally open contacts of the program switching device that never more than one normally open contact is switched on at the same time. This locking is preferably done mechanically. In an advantageous development of the invention, instead of connecting the switching groups in series, the command generator at the beginning of a switching group is directly connected to the control voltage and an auxiliary relay - or an auxiliary contactor - is connected to the end of each switching group, which the next switching group by means of an auxiliary switch located there turns on. This makes it possible without a great deal of input to apply voltage to a time relay for monitoring the time graduation via further contacts of the auxiliary relays - or also auxiliary contactors. The set time of the time relay for monitoring the time-staggered circuit is equal to the sum of the delay times of all other time relays plus a safety margin. In the event that the start-up times of the consumers vary greatly, a further embodiment of the invention provides for current-measuring devices to be used instead of the time relays. The current-measuring devices (eg current-measuring relays) are designed in such a way that they only make contact when the rated current of the respective consumer has been reached after the inrush current has subsided. This means that after the shortest possible time, namely as soon as the consumer carries its nominal current, the switching on of the next consumer is enabled. However, it is prevented that the next consumer is switched on already at the nominal current value, which is exceeded very quickly when switched on due to the current peak. The arrangement according to the invention can advantageously also be used for command transmitters that work automatically. In a further embodiment of the invention, instead of the first command generator, a direct, unswitched connection to the control voltage busbar is established, which then enables one or more consumers to be constantly switched on, regardless of the operational values, in order to carry out the base load operation. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Only the details necessary to understand the invention are shown. It -staffelschaltung pointing Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention for three consumers and three control command generator, Fig. 2, a preferred embodiment of the invention 'with potential adjustment and monitoring of the time. The exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 comprises a circuit arrangement for carrying out the method according to the invention. In this circuit arrangement, the auto -matischen command generator A 1, A 2 and A 3 are a function of a detectable in known manner operating value, for example, a water level, turned on and off, wherein it is ensured on the basis of operational conditions that A 1 before A 2 and A 3 switched on and switched off after A 2 and A 3, A 2 is switched on again before A 3 and switched off after A 3. The program switching device P 1.1 to P 3.3 makes it possible to connect the command generators A 1 to A 3 in any way with the consumers, switched by a not shown, immediately working auxiliary case, lter of the time relays Z 1.0 to Z 3.0. For this Programmachalteinriehtung in known wines can key strips, with plugs loading-actuated spring sets, package or cam switches, -achaltwerke step or motorized contactors are used. It MUB only at any desired point Compound E, a normally closed contact and a normally open or a changer are available and weiterhin- be ensured by mechanical means, for example, that with a time relay Z at most only one of the command transmitter A is connected. On the other hand, it is readily permissible and also makes sense operationally to switch several timing relays Z and thus several consumers by means of an automatic command generator A. According to the invention, the individual changers of the program switching device are not only interconnected to form a connection system known per se, but an additional locking system is formed. The well-known connection system results from the output-side interconnection of the make contacts of the changeover contacts assigned to a consumer, eg P 1.19 P 1.2 and P 1.3, and the connection of this interconnection with the timing relay Z 1.0. The locking system results from the series connection of the break contacts of the changeover contacts assigned to a command generator, for example from P 1.11, P 2.1 and P 3.1. What is achieved hereby is that when several of the aforementioned changeover contacts of the program switching device are actuated at the same time, only the normally open contact closest to the automatic command generator A 1 enables immediate control of the time relay connected to it. As a further feature of the invention, auxiliary switches of the timing relays, eg Z 1.19 Z 2.1 and Z 3.1, working with a time delay are connected in parallel to the mentioned break contacts, which enables the switching commands to be passed on after the protection time has elapsed. According to the invention, the automatic command generator A 2 and a further switching group of break contacts P 1.2, P 2.2 and P 3.2 as well as time-delay auxiliary switches Z 1.2, Z 2.2 are connected to this switching group of normally closed contacts and time-delaying auxiliary switches, at the beginning of which is the command transmitter A 1 and Z 3.2, followed by the next command device A 3 and the switching group formed from the break contacts P 1.3, P 2.3 and P 3.3 as well as the time-delaying auxiliary switches Z 1.3 and Z 2.3. The function of the time-staggered circuit is explained below using an example. It is assumed that the changeover contacts P 1.1, P 2.2 and P 3.3 have been activated in the program switching device, that there has been a power failure and that all command transmitters A 1, A 2 and A 3 have switched on when the voltage is restored. The automatic switching command is thus transmitted with a delay via A 1 and the normally open contact P 1.1 to the timing relay Z 1.0, which immediately switches on the consumer with its auxiliary switch, which is not shown and which works with a delay. An immediate forwarding of the switching commands to other consumers cannot take place because the break contact P 1.1 is interrupted and the delayed closing contact Z 1.1 has not yet closed. Only after the protection time has elapsed, in which the inrush current of the consumer has definitely decreased to the nominal current, does the delayed normally open contact Z 1.1 switch and thus enable the switching command for other consumers. Via the break contact P 2w1, the break contact P 3.1, the closed automatic command generator A 2, the break contact P 1.2 and the make contact P 2.2, the switching command is now sent to the timing relay Z 2.0, which again connects the associated consumer with the undelayed help switch, not shown turns on. The immediate connection of a third consumer is prevented again because the break contact P 2.2 has opened and the make contact Z 2.2 is not yet closed. Only after the protection time set on the timing relay Z 2.0 has expired does the delayed auxiliary switch Z 2.2 close and thus pass on the switching command. Thus, the switching command passes through the break contact P 3.2, the automatic command device A 3, the break contact P 1.3, the break contact P 2.3 and the make contact P 3.3, the timing relay Z 3.0, which in turn switches on the third consumer with its instantaneous auxiliary switch. This time-staggered activation of the consumers is also effective for the other possible switching positions of the program switching device. The advantages of the circuit arrangement according to the invention are primarily to be seen in the fact that each drive is assigned its own time relay, which can therefore be set precisely to the determined decay time of the inrush current, so that consumers are only switched on with a delay if this is also done It is operationally necessary that the cost of the time-staggered switching does not exceed an economically justifiable extent and that an expansion to any number of automatic switching commands and consumers is possible without great additional expenditure per consumer. It is also advantageous that the most varied types of program switching devices can be used in conjunction with the time-staggered circuit according to the invention and. that the time relays are set to the real protection time and not to a multiple thereof. The switching groups also have the effect that no so-called race circuits are required, but that the bin switching sequence is clearly fixed in every position of the program switching device. In Fig. 2, a preferred embodiment of the circuit arrangement according to the invention is shown. It was taken into account here that the automatic command generators A 1 to A 3 are often located at a greater distance from the program switching device and therefore as few lines as possible should be used between the command generators and the program downstream device, and on the other hand the voltage drops on the connecting lines mentioned as far as possible should be kept small. The voltage drops at a large number of contact pieces connected in series can also assume an undesirable size and therefore make a potential adjustment to the individual switching groups necessary. According to the invention, an additional auxiliary relay R 1.0 to R 3.0 is therefore placed at the end of each switching group, which activates the next switching group with a make contact R 1.1 or R 2.1. Using these additional relays R 1.0 to R 3.0, the entire time-grading circuit and program switching device can be monitored in a simple manner by placing the break contacts R 1.2, R 2.2 and R 3.2 behind the automatic command generators A 1, A 2 and A 3 are connected such that upon the occurrence of an automatic Schaltbe -fehlen an additional time relay Z 4 runs until the allocated at the end of the command generator switch group arranged relays, eg R 1.0 in the command generator a 1, a - has switched. The additional timing relay Z 4 is set to a delay time that corresponds to the sum of all pre- delay times of the timing relays Z 1.0l, Z 2.0 and Z 3.0, plus a safety margin. If the timing relay Z 4 is connected to voltage longer than it corresponds to the set time, there is a fault in. the time staggered circuit or the program switching device before and the time relay Z 4 then gives in known. Way a malfunction report. For this circuit arrangement to function properly, it is necessary that - as is generally the case - the NC contacts of the auxiliary relays or auxiliary contactors, e.g. R 1.2, open before the NO contacts of the corresponding auxiliary relays or auxiliary contactors, e.g. R 1.1, close. The remaining operation of the circuit arrangement shown in Fig. 2 corresponds fully to the circuit arrangement shown in Fig. 1, with the only exception that in Fig. 2, the break contact of the program switching device P 3.3 can be bridged by a time-delayed auxiliary switch Z 3.3.
