Da: Tiauptpatent bezieht sich auf eine Gleichstrommaschine
mit per-
r"anent mm:F;netischem l:äufer und elektronisch kommutierten
Ständer-
Nicki.ungen, denen je eine Feldplatte zugeordnet ist, welche
in
von der Läuferstellung die Kommutierungseinrichtung
steuert. Dabei sind die Feldplatten je in einen Luftspalt der
für
die Rückleitung des Läuferflusses vorgesehenen Ständerpolschenkel
starr eini-esetzt; dieser Luftspalt liegt im Magnetkreis mindestens
einer am Ständer befestigten Permanentmagneten.
Unter "einer Feldplatte" ist dabei ein magnetfeldabhängiger
Wider-
stand verstanden, der aus einem oder mehreren Halbleiterkörpern
bzw.
-s@?:;-^hter. besteht,, die auf Trägerplatten aufgebracht und
mit Deck-
platten ribgedecr.t sein können.
Der am Ständer befestigte zusätzliche Permanentmagnet dient
bei ,
der :.:@ir ä:ine nach dem Hauptpatent dazu, den Arbeitspunkt
auf der
- bis etwa 5 ks - ungefähr parabelförmigen Magnetfeld-Widerstands-
kennlinie (R w B2) der Feldplatte so einzustellen - die Feldplatte
also so "vorzumagnetisieren" -, daß bei Umdrehung des permanent
nanetischen --.äufers der Peldplattenwiderstand sich zwischen
seinem
möglicher- R0 und dem-Maximum RB ändert. Ist die Feldplatte
beispielsweise in den Kollektor-Basis-Kreis eines Schalttransistors
eingeschaltet, in dessen Kollektor-Emitter-Kreis die der Feldplatte
zugehörige h aschinenwicklung und eine Gleichspannungsauelle
bzw.
ein Verbraucher liegt, so bleibt diese Wicklung während eines
Widerstandsbereiches-um das Minimum stromlos. Während eines
Wider-
standsbereiches um das Maximum jedoch ist der Transistor leitend,
und die zugehörige Wicklung wird erregt.

Die Gleichstrommaschine nach dem Hauptpatent kann unter anderem
eins Außenläufermaschine mit permanent magnetischem zylindrischen
-.äufer sein. Dabei kann der Läufer in liaschinenachsrichtung
nach
einer Seite über den Ständer hinaus verlängert sein, und die
starr
ml t dem Sonder verbundene innerhalb des verlängerten
Außenläufers
rz,.ülende.Ständerrückleitung kann für jede Ständerwicklung
mindestens
eine vom Maschinenfluß senkrecht zu ihrer Fläche durchsetzte
per-
,
manent vormagnetisierte Feldplatte enthalten.
Bei einer Drei-Phasen-Ständerwicklung werden drei Feldplatten
bzw.
Fel.dj)iF:ttenanordnungen-gebraucht, die um 12G° gegeneinander
versetzt
in den Raum zwischen der Maschinenachse und den verlängerten
Außen-
-Mtifer gesetzt sind. Lu einer Feldplattenanordnung gehört
dabei
minde:üens ein Permanentmagnet zur Vormagnetisierung der Feldplatte.
Der Floß dieses L'rigneten ist dabei so geführt, daß er auf
die Feld-
platte konzentriert ist. Gleichzeitig wird die Feldplatte -
je
nach 1.i;uferste:lung - mehr oder weniger stark vom Maschinenfluß
diirc?.setzt.
Die Erfindung- bezieht sich auf eine weitere Ausgestaltung
1des
Gcge::otandes des Hauptpatentes.. Sie besteht darin, daß die
Feld-
platte im I.lag:netkreie eines axial permanent magnetisierten
und
ho wial' zur Maschinenachse liegenden Zylinderringmagneten
vor-
magnetisiert ist.
Im folgenden wird "die in den verlängerten Außenläufer gesetzte
(nicht rotierende) Feldplattenanordnung einschl. der Vormagneti-
sierungseinxiehtung der Einfachheit halber auch als "Steuerkopf
(des Motors)" bezeichnet. Zur Vormagnetisierung der Feldplatte
kann
ein fopfkernmagnet vorgesehen sein, dessen Wand sich im durchbohr-
ten Boden fortsetzende Längsspalte aufweist, dessen Kern axial
permanent magnetisiert ist.und dessen Deckel aus einem weichmagne-
tischen Z;!linderr.ng und sich von diesem aus stegförmig in
Richtung
auf jede auf der Zylinderwand ]Liegende Feldplatte verjüngenden
-,en besteht. l.us 'Raumersparnisgründen kann der permanente
Z;riinderrinc-magnet genau in den weichmagnetischen Topf eingepaßt
:,ein. Die axiale Bohrung in Boden, Kern und Deckel des Topfkern-
rraE,ncten sol-' dabei einen etwas größeren Durchmesser haben

In der fig.3 ist oben der Topfkernmagnet mit der aus drei Teilen
bestehenden Wand 4 und dem Boden 8 sowie dem permanent magnetischen
Kern (h-S)g gezeichnet. Unten ist in Fig.3 der in den Topfkernmagne-
ten einsetzbare Deckel mit den drei Feldplatten 1 bis 3 gezeichnet.
Die Feldplatten befinden sich auf den stegförmigen Ansätzen
