Die Erfindung betrifft eine Regelanordnung für Extruder zur Herstellung von Folien oder Fäden aus Kunststoff mit einer in einem Gehäuse drehbar angeordneten Extruderschnecke, einem Antriebsmotor und einem Extruderkopf. Es ist bekannt, in Extrudern Heizvorrichtungen anzuordnen, durch welche das zugeführte Kunststoffmaterial auf die für den Herstellungsprozeß günstigste Temperatur erwärmt wird. Da Temperaturdifferenzen sehr genau gemessen werden können und ihre relativen Schwankungen verhältnismäßig groß sind, ermöglicht eine solche Anordnung eine sehr genaue Temperaturregelung. Zur Regelung des Heizelementes 8 dient der Regler 10, an dessen Eingang die Ausgangsgröße des Temperaturmeßumformers 11 liegt. Der Temperaturmeßumformer 11 ist mit einem Temperaturfühler 12 im Extruderkopf 7 verbunden. Der am Eingang des Reglers 10 liegende Sollwert S1 ist demnach die Solltemperatur im Extruderkopf. Der Sollwert S1 wird zusammen mit dem Sollwert S2, der die Solltemperaturdifferenz Δ ϋ-soii zwischen Extruderkopf und dem Gehäuse 1 darstellt, an den Eingang des Reglers 13 geführt, dessen Führungsgröße die Temperatur in der Nähe des Ausganges des Gehäuses 1 ist. Hierzu ist im Gehäuse 1 ein Temperaturfühler 14 angeordnet, der über einen Temperaturmeßumformer 15 auf den Regler 13 wirkt. Der Regler 13 wirkt seinerseits über die Steller für die Temperaturverteilung 16, 17, 18 auf die Stelleinrichtungen 19,20,21, mittels deren die Heizelemente 2,3,4 veränderbar sind.
