Gegenstand
der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Kupplungsteil für Regale, Baugerüste oder dergleichen,
um die einzelnen Bauteile, wie z.B. Pfosten und Horizontalprofile, miteinander zu
verbinden. Durch die Erfindung; die sich insbesondere für Regale für Geschäfts-,
Zager- und Ausstellungszwecke eignet, ist eine Kupplungsvorrichtung geschaffen,
mit der die horizontalen und vertikalen Schienen oder Balken des Regales an beliebigen
Stellen miteinander fest zusammengekuppelt und aneinandergehalten werden können,
und zwar ohne Verwendung von zusätzlichen, an den Bauteilen selbst im voraus vorgesehenen
Kupplungseinrichtungen. Gemäß der Erfindung besteht der Kupplungsteil aus einem
in U-Form gebogenen. Band aus steifem Material, z.B. Metallblech, dessen zum Umschließen
eines Bauprofiles dienender
Mittelsteg mit einer oder mehreren durchgehenden
Schrauben versehen ist, und dessen Schenkelenden als Haken zum Aufnehmen eines zweiten
Bauprofiles ausgebildet sind. Der Kupplungsteil kann somit mit Hilfe der Schrauben
senkrecht zum ersterwähnten Bauprofil, z.B. einem Pfosten, verschoben werden, um
das zweite Bauprofil fest gegen den Pfosten zu pressen. Die übrigen Kennzeichen
und Einzelheiten der f@rfindung gehen aus der folgenden Beschreibung mit Hinweis
auf die anliegende Zeichnung hervor, die in perspektivischer Ansicht einen Kupplungsteil
zeigt, der zwei'Profilschienen eines Regales verbindet. Der Kupplungsteil besteht
aus einem in U-Form gebogenen Band aus steifem Material, z.B. Metallblech, mit dem
Mittelsteg 1 und den beiden zueinander parallelen Schenkeln 2. Die Enden 2b der
Schenkel 2 sind als miteinander korrw#pondierende, nach oben offene Haken ausgebildet,
in dem jeder Schenkel 2 mit einer in der Oberkante ausmündenden, rechteckigen Ausnehmung
3 versehen ist und oben an ihrer dem Mittelsteg 1 zugekehrten Seitenkante 3b einen
Vorsprung 6 aufweist. Sowohl der Mittelsteg 1 als auch die Schenkel 2 sind außerdem
mit durchgehenden Schrauben 7, 8 und 10 versehen. Beim Montieren des Regales wird
der Kupplungsteil beispielsweise an der als Pfosten dienenden, senkrechten Profilschiene

derart mit der Schraube 1o festgespannt, daß er mit dem Mittelsteg
1, und den benachbarten Teilen 1a der Schenkel 2 die. Schiene 4 dicht umschließt.
Darauf wird die horizontale Profilschiene 5 in die Ausnehmung 3 eingelegt, so daß
sie auf der Unterkante 3a der Ausnehmung ruht. Alsdann werden die Schrauben 7 eingeschraubt,
so daß ihre Spitzen gegen die Seite 4a der Profilschiene 4 stoßen. Beim weiteren
Einschrauben der Schrauben 7 wird der Kupplungsteil im Verhältnis zur Profilschiene
4 quer verschoben, so daß der Vorsprung 6 über die Oberkante der Profilschiene 5
greift und die Kante 3b der Ausnehmung 3 die Schiene fest gegen die Profilschiene
4 presst. Wie aus der Zeichnung hervorgeht, kann zwischen den freien Enden 2b der
Schenkel 2 eine quergehende Verstärkungsschiene 9 eingeführt und mit den Schrauben
8 festgespannt werden."
