Description

"Speisevorrichtung für Schneckenpumpen" Das Hauptpatent (Anmeldung N 23 117 IC/59e) betrifft eine Speisevorrichtung für Schneckenpumpen, bei der einem Rotor, der in einem feststehenden Stator umläuft, mittels einer besonderen Schnecke unplastisches, kleinstÜckiges und feuchtes Fördergut zugeführt wird. Zur Erhöhung der Einzugsleistung-des Rotors ist bei der vorliegenden Erfindung eine besondere Ausbildung des Stators an seinem Einzugsende vorgeschlagen, die darin besteht, daß dieses Ende in Fortsetzung der Gewindegänge konisch erweitert ist. Die Schneckengänge des Rotors lau-fen in dieser Erweiterung aus und wird das in die konische Erweiterung eingesaugte FÖrdergut beim Umlauf des Rotors leichter in die Schneckengänge eingebracht und von ihnen erfaßt. Durch diese Maßnahme wird bei der Förderung von Faserstoffen, Papierstoff, Gerste, Maische und ähnlichen Fördergütern eine Mehrleistung der-Pumpe bis zu 100 % erreicht. In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch das Pumpengehäuse mit dem über das Einzugsende hinausragenden-Rotor; Fig. 2 das erweiterte Einzugsende des Stators im vergrößerten 1,v-.aßstab und Fig. 3 dasselbe in der Vorderansicht. Der Stator 1 ist in eineig Stahlrohr 2 einvulkanisiert, das einen Teil des Pumpengehäuses bildet. Am Einzugsende ist der Stator mit einer konischen Erweiterung 3 versehen, deren Außendurchmesser vorzugsweise dem Außendurchmesser der Gewindegänge 4, 41 entspricht.
