Hydraulic Gear Pump The invention relates to hydraulic pumps
Gear pumps or motors, especially in transport, «in agricultural
and construction machinery are used.
Are known hydraulic gear pumps, in which the sealing discs at the end faces of the gears and the lining to the tooth tops of the gears can be shifted accordingly in axial and radial direction to prevent unwanted play on the end face and on the circumference of the toothed wheels on the high pressure side of the pump. The bearings at the ends of each gear roller are housed in the pump housing and in the pump cover at the same time.
Zeichnungen enthält. Es zeigt Fig. 1 die hydraulische Zahnradpumpe (Motor) im Längsschnitt;
Fig. 2 den Schnitt II-II nach Fig. 3; Fig._ 3 den Schnitt III-III nach Fig.
An
The main difficulty when using the known pump types is the impossibility of aligning the Zager in one axis in both the pump cover and the pump housing. During pump assembly and operation, this results in the cover shifting in a direction perpendicular to the gear shaft, which causes the gear shafts to incline. In addition, the hager in the various parts such as the housing and cover do not have the same dimensions, which causes a skew of each shaft with respect to the bearing axes. As a result, each wave does not rest evenly on the slope of the Zager. This in turn causes the shafts to jam at the high pressures generated by the pump. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages indicated. The invention is based on the object of creating such a gear pump in which the end faces of the gears are sealed by disks and the crowns of the gears are sealed on the high pressure side by a machine part which is pressed on by liquid pressure. The bearings in which the journals of one and the other bearing are mounted are precisely aligned. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a one-piece insert with recesses for inserting the stub and the gearwheels serves as the stub shaft support for the gears. In the following, an example of the embodiment of the present invention is described, which contains reference numbers on the accompanying drawings. 1 shows the hydraulic gear pump (motor) in longitudinal section; FIG. 2 the section II-II according to FIG. 3; Fig. 3 shows the section III-III according to Fig. 2; 4 shows the section IV-IV according to FIG. 1. The hydraulic gear pump or motor consists of the gears 1 and 2 (FIG. 1), which are located between the inserts 3 and 4 in the housing 5. Each insert has openings 7 for the gear wheels 1 and 2 and apertures 6, 6 ', 7, 7' for the shaft stubs 8 and 9. The side walls of the cutouts at 6, 6 ', 7, 7' of the insert 4 form the bearing for these waves. The recesses 6, 6 'for the Velflenstummel 8 of the gear wheel 1 and the recesses 7 and 7' for the shaft stub 9 of the gearwheel 2 are exactly coaxial and have the same dimensions due to their machining with one and the same tool with the same clamping of the workpiece of the insert 4. The housing 5 has an input and output opening 23 and 29. The cover 12 is fastened to the housing with studs. The inlet opening 23 is followed by the insert 4 (FIG. 2), while the shaft stubs 8 and 9 of the corresponding gears 1 and 2 are pressed against the side walls of the recesses 6, 6 ', 7, 7' by the pressure of the exiting liquid . In order to feed the liquid to the gears 1 and 2, the insert part 4 has the openings 24, 25, 26 and 27. The insert part 3, which has a groove 16, connects to the outlet opening 29 of the housing 5 (pressure side of the pump) Receipt of the sealing element 17, which seals the surface 44 and is in elastic contact with the circumference of the teeth of the gears 1 and 2. Grooves into which sealing rings 15 are inserted are let into the end faces of the insert part 3. On the inside of the insert 3 sealing rings 10 are used, which nestle against the side surfaces of the gears 1 and 2 and which in turn have grooves 20 with sealing rings 21, into which lubricating oil is fed from the high pressure side through channels (not shown in the drawing). The grooves 18 with the sealing rings 19 correspond to the grooves 14 on the outer surfaces of the insert part 3 the sealing ring 19 sealed by sealing rings 15 and the insert part 3 corresponding passages 45 and 46 which are aligned with the passages 22 in the disk 10. The pump works as follows: The liquid passes through the inlet opening 23 of the housing 5 and the channels 24, 25, 26 and 27 in the insert 4 to the gears 1 and 2, enters the tooth gaps and is brought by them to the pressure side from where out of the liquid after passing through opening 4? in the insert part 3 enters the groove 16, which is formed by a sealing ring 1? is sealed and enters the hydraulic system (not shown in the drawing) via the outlet opening 29 of the housing 5. Part of the oil flow passes through the channels 26 and 27 in the insert part 4 into the game between the insert parts 3 and 4, leaves the game and comes to the shaft stubs 8 and 9 and lubricates and cools the rubbing surfaces. The pressure of the liquid between the teeth of the gears 1 and 2 and the sealing surface 44 of the insert part 3 presses the stub shafts 8 and 9 of the gears 8 and 9, respectively, against the side walls of the recesses 6, 6 ', 7 ,' of the insert part 4 .; To the game. between the outer circumference of the tooth legs of the gears 1 and 2 and the sealing surface 44 of the insert part to a minimum, the pressure of the exiting liquid, which is located in the recess 16, displaces the insert part 3 in the direction of the insert part 4; consequently the latter is supported on the journals 8 and 9 of the gears 1 and 2. The wear on the side walls of the recesses for the stub shafts 8 and 9 in the insert part 3 compensates for the closure of the sealing surface 44 due to the displacement of the insert part 3 ′ in the direction of the insert part 4. The play between the outer ring gear of the gears 1 and 2 and the sealing surface 44 of the insert 3 is effectively sealed. The liquid that comes from the pressure zone through the channel 22 (shown in dotted lines) into the groove 18, which is sealed by a pressure ring 19, moves the sealing washer to the end faces of the gears 1 and 2 and thereby reduces the play between the gears 1 and 2 and the sealing surfaces 10 to a minimum. In this way, the pressure zone is determined by the sealing surface 44 of the insert 3, the sealing washers 10 and the gears 1 and 2. In order to counteract the liquid pressure, which is located in the groove 18 of the sealing washer 10 and presses on the insert part 3, the liquid is extracted from the groove 18 of the sealing ring 10 through the channel 45 (shown in dotted lines) in the sealing ring and the channel 46 (shown in dotted lines) in the insert part 3 is fed to the grooves 14 which are let into the outer surface of the insert part 3.
