Description

Tensile connection of partially insulated conductors Electrical overhead lines of higher voltages are nowadays partially equipped with insulated conductor cables in order to be able to reduce the conductor spacing. In the known designs, the tensile forces are absorbed by the conductor itself, which is accordingly provided with steel inserts. In a modification of this, it has already been proposed for partially insulated conductors to produce the insulation jacket required for partial insulation from glass fiber reinforced plastic. With a suitable design, the Ma "itei then serves at the same time to absorb the tensile forces acting on the rope. Now, as is well known, the conductor ropes are not made from one piece, but are delivered in certain lengths and joined together at their connection points using screw or clamp connectors or clamp connectors must then absorb the entire tension between the conductors at the joint. In the case of non-insulated conductors, this is relatively easy, since the metal connectors can be designed in such a way that they can bear the tensile forces to the extent that they are partially insulated conductors this is not possible: because metal connections are ruled out for reasons of insulation. This is where the invention comes in. The invention. concerns a train, fixed connection of partially insulated * conductors of electrical prei-- leituhgen. According to the invention, üedis shock valleys which are caused by a metal lens is connected in an electrically conductive manner. Pulling stocking in the form of a - .Isolierhüls pushed in such a way that the Isolierhülsie when Stretch tightly to the partial insulation of the conductor, rests and the Absorbs tensile forces at the joint "- The invention will be explained in more detail with the aid of a drawing example. In the figure, the two conductor lines to be connected are indicated by l $ and l'b. ropes shown. These conductors are partially insulated by that Coatings 2a and 2b. They are right at the joint Head horny stripped and through a getal. @ Ülse 3 elektrIschy conductive, connected to each other .. This i-IgtallhüIse, 7i ._- rd appropriate pressed onto the ladder, for example by means of a notch connection. CS@i.exhül s- 4 which had previously been pushed onto one of the ladders, over the place drawn. This insulating sleeve is attached to a plastic braid e.g. Trevira, bochfsstf type Na heelltwhich that The braid is designed in such a way that it acts like a ZiehataLimpf. If a tensile force is now applied to both ends, then so the sleeve 4 press firmly against the conductor to be connected and absorb the tensile forces. To the train connection even tighter To design, a material is used for the insulating sleeve zirgonal _ related, which has the property , under the action of a certain, .Natural in a short time by a certain percentage söfeno i. d «°: the above-mentioned material becomes with action a , from leBut after three minutes "a shrinkage of 1 5% he rages. In this way, the connection of telbst ' stimulates - do is .. Ourc h the tensile force acting on the ladder is not to move more from entry . In addition, the ends can i the lefae still glued to the part of the ladder `odtt *; vermht $ t werden" Through this insulating cover the terminal i vextinätder conductor ropes completely relieved of tension and is aueblia.Bliöh on the transmission of electrical energy, 'bea @ hräak @.
