With the shaft of the motor a brake drum rotates, 9 which is braked by a brake lining, when the engine Wirde switched off, there has been known a motor in which is interrupted enemy Bremsbae-iCEN of magnetizable parts of the engine that the upon current from the field flux Stand penetrated and can be used on these while ventilating the B2-emgbackan ',

two short tubes that are raised on the front sides of the rotor core. At the moment of shutdown, i.e. when the engine is to be shut down, the U-shaped brake shoes are pressed against the brake drums from the inside by compression springs. On the one hand, this entire arrangement is very expensive and complex and the braking torques achieved are so low that the specified motor is only suitable for stopping rotating devices in a few cases. The moving ones. Segments are separated so unfavorably that only a part of the field lines pass through them and that the field lines in them run almost parallel to the dividing line. However, since the optimal force effect is achieved # when the field lines are perpendicular to the treble surface, the force effect between the stand and the separated segment is only very small. As a result, the springs causing the braking force cannot be very strong, otherwise when the motor is switched on, the brake is not even released and the motor is blocked.

Embodiments of the invention are shown in digr drawings. The Pig. 1 to 3 show different designs of the engine according to the invention.
In

an. Im Einschaltaugenblick werden die beiden Joche vom
Ständerkern
angezogen, so daß sich die Luftspalte 117 und 18
verengen und die-Bremsbeläge
von der Bremstrommel abheben. With 1 of the Stän «kern is designated, on the poles of which the windings 2 and 3 are attached. The rotor of the motor (not shown) rotates in the bore 4 of the stator core. The stand is provided with two return yokes 5 and 6 , of which the return yoke 5 is separated from the stand by the air gap 7. On the yoke 5 are the Bremsbem. length 8 and 9 attached, which - under the action of the spring 10 against the brake drum 11 indicated by dashed lines - are pushed when the engine is switched off. When the motor is stopped, the yoke 5 is pulled by the resulting Krattwitkung in the direction of the stand and the brake linings 8 and 9 thus lift off the brake drum so that the rotor can rotate the motor. In order to increase the effect of the force on the 'movable Jooh' 5, a short-circuit winding 12 is attached to each of the legs of the t.Toche. In Fig. 2 a further embodiment of the invention is. Reproduced, only a view of a notor after .Fig. 1 is drawn in the direction of arrow 13 . The stator pole core is again denoted by 1 and the two yokes have the designation 5 and 6. They are connected to the stator core via the tab 14 made of resilient material in such a way that they only have one edge when the motor is switched off rest against the stator core. The brake linings are denoted by 15 and 16 and are in contact with the brake drum 11, which is again only shown in dashed lines. At the moment the stator is switched on, the two yokes are attracted to the stator core, so that the air gaps 117 and 18 narrow and the brake linings lift off the brake drum.
12.1 . In Pig- 3 a further possible embodiment is indicated, in which a lever 20 is rotatably mounted at the point 21 in the stand 1. This lever is connected to the movable otter part 23 via the screw 22. The brake lining 24 is attached to the lever and lies on the brake drum 1.1 aii, again only indicated by dashed lines. He is under the power. Veder 25 pressed against the brake drum, if the emergency is not switched on. The short-circuit windings 12.1
