Die Erfinäung bezieht sieh auf eine aus Gewindebolzen und
Mutter bestehende lösbare Verbindung und insbescx-dere auf
eine für eine relative lineare Beweguri; ; gestaltete ',#,Iut
Ger
mit einem Bolzen., die bei einer ausgeführten Drehbewegung
unwirksam bleibt, um eine relative lineare Bewegung auf
einen vorbestimmten Widerstand zu einem hergestell-Len Dreh-
moment zu erzeugene
ßs gibt Beispiele, in uerisn eine Mutter un,_t ein Bolzen ver-
wendet werden, wo ein zu festes Anzielten der 1.1u-tter für
das
Werkstück schädlich ist, an dem die lösbare Vei-binaung
anGe-
bracht wird. Eine zusätzliche Drehung kann das Gewinde sciiwä-
chen und manchmal kann sie Plata-ialspanriung, der ein einzelner
Gewindegang bei einer Überbeanspruchung ausgesetzt .ist, einen
Bruch verursachen und die Verbindung unbrauchbar machen. Es
gibt Beisy,ieley, wo aufgrund der Beschafs@enheit des Materials,
wie Glas oder keramisches Material, was zerbrechlich ist, die
Mutter nicht fester b -angezogen werden sollte, nachdem ein
vorbestimmter Widerstand erreicht ist. Eine weitere Umdrehung
wird das .iaterial zerbrechen und eine nicht genügende Fest-
drehung würde nicht eine vollständige Verbindung gewährleisten.
Es-gibt TSlu-t Lernschlüssel, die auf ein Drehmoment geeicht
sind,
so daß bei irgendeiner Kraft über dieses Maß hinaus ein Nicht-.
Drehen der Mutter bewirkt wird. Damit wird jedoch keine löaung
für das vorliegende allgemein bekannte Problem gegeben, wenn
auch Werkzeuge für eine spezielle Arbeit hergestellt worden
sindp die der Arbeiter mit Hand be-cätigen muß, wodurch'die
Vor-
teile der Gestaltung des Werkzeugs für einen besonderen Zweck
wieder aufgehoben wtrd': Mit der Gestaltuneiner Nutterg
die
nicht über einen vorb;stimmten Widerstand festgezogen werden
kanng wird die Gefahr eines Überdrehens beim Yestziehen ver-
mieden.
Ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht daring eine lösbare,
aus Gewindebolzen und Mutter bestehe-.de Verbindung verfügbar
zu machen, bei der eine rela,ive lineare Bewegung zwiscL@en
der
IvIu-t-t.er und dem Bolzen bei Anwendung einer Drehbewegung
auf die
Mutter stattfindet, wobei bei Erreichen eines vorbestinulten
Widerstands der Drehung beim weiteren Zufuhren einer Drehkraft
zur Mu-Gter diose unwirksam in Bezug auf die Erzeugung einer
relativen linearen Bewegung zwischen der Mutter und Lern bolgen
ist.
Ein anderes Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in
der Verfügbarmactiung, einer aus G.:ilinuebol.zen und Mutter
bestehenden lösbaren Verbindung, wo die Butter so gest#.:ltet
isty daß sie nicht überdreht werden kann und daß auf einen
vorbestimi.iten Widerstand beim weiteren Zuführen einer Dreh-
kraft diese unwirksam ist und keine lineare Bewegung der
Mutter relativ zum Bolzen erzeugt.
Ein anderes Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der
Verfügbarmachung einer Konstruktion, die in der Verbindung
selbst angeordnet.iet und ein Überdrehen verhindert.
Ein anderes Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht dar#n, eine
Reibungsantriebseinrichtung itinerlialb des Körpers der _-Mutter anzuordnen, die
beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Last eine Sohlüpfungsreibung ermöglicht, um eine
fortgesetzte Drehung der Mutter zu erlaunen, ohne daß die Mutter auf dem Bolzen
forteohreitet, Ein weiteres Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Yerfügbarmachung
einer Mutter, die zwei lösbare Teile aufweist, von denen eines mit dem Gewinde
des Bolzens in Eingriff steht und das andere Teil über einen Muttersehlüssel angreift,

Ein weiteres Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Yerfügbarmachung einer
aus GL:wintxebolzeh und Mutter bestehenden lösbaren Verbindung, wobei die Mutter
aus zwei Teilen besteht und eine-der Teile mit dem Gewinde des Bolzens in Ein-
griff steht und das andere der Teile benutzt wird, um die
mit dem Bolzen in Eingrifi stehende Mutter mit einer Einrich-
tung zum Ausklinken des Antriebe zwischen den beiden Hutter-
teilen zu drehen, .so daß beim Erreichen eines vorbestirni@ten
Widerstands beim Drehen eines der Teile der Mutter gedreht
werden kann, ohne diese Drehung dem anderen Teil zu erteilen..

In-den Zeichnungen ist die erfindungsgemäße lösbare Verbindung
in vier verschiedendn Aüsführungef ormen dargestellt. In den
Fig. 1 .- 5 ist eine Ausführungsform dargestellt$
die eine
Mutter besitztt die auf einen Bolzen aufgeschraubt
-ist und
durch ihre eigene Drehbewegung auf dem Gewinde des.Bolsens
vorgeschoben wird. Die Drehbewegung der Hutter wird erzeugt,.
durch die Bewegung übertragende Rippen' die die Drehbewegung
des Drehteilea .zur Piutter übertragen. .
Eine Konstruktion 22 ist mit einer Bohrung 23,duroh-die sich
ein Bolzen 24 erstreckt, versehen, um durch eine Verbindung
befestigt zu werden. Der Bolzen nimmt eine Mutter
26 auf, die
mit einem Seohekantkopf 27 versehen ist und ein längliches
zylindrisches Körperteil 28 aufweist, das eine län"sbohrung
besitzt. An dem Kopf ist der Körperteil 28 mit einer innen-
liegenden ringförmigen Ausnehmgng 29 versehen, in der eine
Ringscheibe 31 sitzt. Die Ringscheibe besitzt einen Durchmesser,
der etwas geringer als der Innendurchmesser der Bohrung ist,
um eine abaichtende Berührung mit-dem Gewinde des Bolzns
zu bilden.
Das Körperteil 28 ist weiter mit einem außen liegenddn Absatz
32 versehen und besitzt innen an seinem sechseckigen Kopf ein

Die Rippen 43 und 35 sind einai der gegenüberliegend angeordnet
und besitzen eine Länge, um miteinander bei einer relativen
Drehbewegung der Mutter und des Drehteiles in Eingriff zu
kommen. Das Drehteil liegt auf dem Absatz 32 und dreht sich
auf der Lagerfläche 44 des zylindrischen Körperteiles und ist
in seiner Lage befestigt durch ein oben umgebogenes Ende 45
des zylindrischen Teils sowie durch die Berührung des Flan-
sches 39 mit dem äußeren ringförmigen Absatz 32.
Die Drehbewegung des Drehteiles wird auf @.Lie Autter durch

Ein Gebilde 71 , an dem die Verbindung angebracht ist, be-
sitzt eine Bohrung 72, durch die sich ein Bolzon 75 erstreckt.
Die Mutter 74 hat ein Basisteil 75 und. ein längliches, im
wesentlichen zylindrisches Teil 76, das innen eine #bolirung
aufweist , die mit einem Gewinde 77 versehen ist und eine
ringförmige Ausnehmung 78 besitzt, in der eine Scheibe '!9
sitzt. Außerhalb dieser Scheibe besitzt ;die Hu. per kein
Gewinde und endet in einer umgebogenen Hülse 80' wie nach-
folgend beschrieben wird. Das Basisteil 75 besitzt auf

Fig. 17 Zeigt eine Abwandlung dieser Art einer lösbaren Ver-
bindung, in der das zylindrische Körnerteil bei 87 mit einem

iYlutter 88 ersetz,L die oben imgebogene Kante 80 und kommt
mit
der Innenkante der Federscheibe 86 in Eingriff. Die Mutter
erlaubt es ' die zwischen den Zahnreihen ausgeübten Kräfte
zu variieren, Indem die Mutter 88 mehr oder weniger angezogen
wird.
Bei der Verwendung der lösbaren Verbindung, wie sie in den
Fig. 12 - 17 dargestellt ist, können Ulas oder andere zer-
brechliche keramische Gegenstände befestigt werden, ohne
daß ein zu starkes Anziehen der Huz-Uer und damit ein Zerdrücken
der durch die Verbindurg aneinander zu haltenden Teile statt-
findet. Das Drehteil wird in die Riehtungg gezeigt in Fig.
15,
gedreht und die Kraft auf die Zähne 15 gegen die Zähne 81

Bewegung auf die Mutter 74 übertragen wird. Daraus ist zu
ersehen, dgß die Mutter nicht überdreht werden kann und daß
di= Ausübung einer Drehkraft über einen vorbestimmten Betrag
hinaus nur eine Drehung des Drehteilen bewirkt und keine

lative lineare Bewegung zwischen der Mutger und dem BolzB n

Die Ausführungsform der in den Pig. 18 23 dargestellten
lösbaren Verbindung unterscheidet sich von den elderen darin#
daß die irIutter selbst gedreht Wird und es sich-um-eine weniger
sufwendige Konstruktion handelt.
Irgendwelche Stücke 91 und@92 werden bei 93 gebohrt, um einen
Bolzeh 94 aufnehmen zu können' wobei der Bolzen von der Art
sein kann, daß eer keinem hohen Druck standhält, wie ein
gewöhnlicher Bolzen mit Aut-uer. Der Bmlzen 94 ist ein gewöhn-
licher Bolzen mit einem sechseckige;, Kopf und einem Gewinde-

bildet und besitzt ein zylindrisches Körperteil 96, das innen
teilweise bei 97 mi, einem Gewinde versehen ist, wi.hrend der
übrige innere Körperteil frei vom Gewinde des Bolzens ist.
Der Körperteil der Mutter ist mit einer Vielzahl von Fugen
