Description
Arrangement for high-voltage insulation of components on insulating panels The invention relates to an arrangement for the isolation of close proximity to each other lying, mutually higher potential differences - on., iron components on circuit boards Made of Isolierctoff, especially on printed circuit boards, the standardized hole pattern exhibit. Modern telecommunications equipment is often included Circuit boards equipped as printed circuits or of the type of printed Circuits, e.g. in the so-called sewn circuit technology. In such circuit boards there is a requirement to arrange the components crowded and to adapt their arrangement to the nature of the wiring, for example line crossings are not possible. Difficulties often arise because of individual components lead to higher voltages against each other on the circuit board, since da = the danger exists that silent discharges or voltage breakdowns occur. The invention is based on the task of eliminating these difficulties in a simple manner and to enable efficient production in such cases. This task becomes mutually opposite in an arrangement for the isolation of closely adjacent ones Components with higher potential differences on circuit boards made of insulating material, in particular on printed circuit boards that have standardized hole patterns, according to the invention achieved in that between the components perpendicular to the circuit board an insulating rib appropriate to the height and strength of the potential difference is, the plate side with in corresponding holes, especially in the standardized hole pattern of the circuit board is fitted with matching pins, and which is glued tightly to the circuit board.
It is for the rational implementation of the method according to the invention vo.rt # ilhaft to produce the insulating ribs in long strips, of which the need appropriate pieces are cut off.
Hereinafter, the Erfindtuig is explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 FIG. 1 shows an insulating plate 1, as is often required in so-called plate assemblies for holding the components and the wiring. On the upper side of this plate there are two components that have a round cross-section here and are intended to represent, for example, resistors, capacitors or similar components. The wiring of these components takes place as usual with printed circuit boards, on the underside of the insulating material plate 1, but can also be done by another known method on the top or on both sides of the plate (so-called sewed circuit technology). There is a higher potential difference between the two components, so that when the two components are closely associated there is a risk of breakdown on the one hand over the shortest air gap 3 and on the other hand over the creepage distance indicated by the dash-dotted line 4.
To this risk of breakdown belittle or closely adjacent to the components arranged to-can, according to the invention, as dargeetellt in Figure 2, a strip-shaped #Isolierstoffrippe inserted 5 between the two components and closely bonded to the circuit board .. Due to the dense bonding is avoided, That there is a creepage path for the high voltage between the printed circuit board and the insulating rib. Die.Höhe and the strength of this strip 5 is also dimensioned so that the creep and the air gap are sufficiently large to avoid a possible breakdown. The now considerably lengthened creepage distance is indicated again in the dash-dotted line 4 and the likewise lengthened air distance with the dashed line 3. To fix the strip 5 on the insulating plate 1 and to make it easier to put it on the plate and to increase the stability of the connection, the Isolicritoffrippe 5 on the plate side still small, preferably round pins 6 , which are inserted into corresponding holes in the plate.
A perspective view of the IsolierstoffripPe 5 with the pin 6 is shown in FIG. 3. The pin spacings and the pin diameters are adapted to the standardized hole patterns of printed circuit boards. As a result, the insulating ribs can be used universally in all types of so-called laminated printed circuit boards.
Advantageously, the material for these insulating ribs in long strips made four of which the required short pieces accordingly the length of the components to be cut off. Through this simple constructive measure with the simplest manufacturability read, - components that lead higher potential differences against each other and arranged on insulating plates move closer together or reduce the risk of breakdown between them Avoid components.
