des Hauptstromflusses leuchten und so zugleich eine Anzeige gewährleisten.and 5 connected to a direct voltage which is obtained by rectifying an alternating voltage by means of a diode 6, a resistor 7 and a capacitor 8. The resistors 3 and 4 are designed as potentiometers, the taps 9, 10 of which are connected via contacts a, b to a changeover switch c , which optionally applies the tap voltages to actuators for the bands I / III or TV / V , here symbolically represented by boxes 11 and 12 are indicated. These boxes contain e.g. B. several capacitance diodes, each of which is assigned to a different resonant circuit. However, instead of the capacitance diodes, motors can also be used in a known manner, which, when energized, rotate an adjustable circuit element up to a value which corresponds to the voltage supplied. It is also possible to optionally switch on pre-adjusted fixed capacitors (e.g. trimmers). The contact c belongs to a relay C in the circuit of a further cold cathode tube 13, which is also in series with a resistor 14, parallel to the capacitor 8. Each of the cold cathode tubes shown is provided with a starter electrode 15 which is connected to a contact electrode 18 via an RC element 16, 17. The relay C are assigned to the contact C 1 contacts C 2 and C 3 , which are used for range switching, z. B. by excitation of a magnet, rotation of a motor, etc. The contact C 3 is only indicated here, it is essentially used to switch the voltages that must be adapted to the new circuit structure when switching ranges. The contact C 1 is set in its rest position to the bands I and III, so that when the tube 13 is energized, the bands IV and V are switched on. A cold cathode tube 19 with a relay D and a contact d is used to switch on the belt I, and a tube 20 with a relay E and a contact e is used to switch on the belt III. In parallel with the tubes 1, 2, 13, 19, 20 there are capacitors 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, which are required in connection with the resistors 3, 4 and the relay resistors for the ignition of the tube 19. It is preferred to use tubes which light up for the duration of the main current flow and thus ensure a display at the same time.
The mode of operation of the circuit described so far will be explained in more detail below.
Je nachdem, in welchem Wellenbereich
B. 26 im Starterelektrodenkreis derWhen the touch electrode 18 is touched, the resistance and the capacitance of the human body are connected between this touch electrode and ground. As a result, there is a direct voltage in series with an alternating voltage between the cathode and the starter electrode 15 of the tube 1, the direct voltage being negligible. This creates a current flow between the cathode and starter electrode, which ignites the tube. This creates a main current in the tube that flows in the circuit "1, A, 3, 5, 6, 7, network". From the voltage drop, such a value is set by means of the tap 9, as z. B. for setting the specific channel by means of the varactor in box 11 or 12 is required. When the electrode 18 is touched, the relay A closes a contact α which applies this always reproducible voltage value to the circuits 11 or 12. Depending on the wave range in which the desired channel is located, the touch electrode of the tubes 13, 19 or 20 is then additionally actuated. When the tubes 19 or 20 are excited, the contact C 1 remains in the position shown. When the tube 13 is excited, a switchover takes place. If you want to switch from a channel that has already been set to another channel, the touch electrode of another tube is actuated, e.g. B. 26 in the starter electrode circuit
Die in F i g. 1
für Spannungsumschaltung usw. zuordnen.ίο tube 2, whereby a current is excited in circuit 2, B, 4, 5, 6, 7, network, which brings the voltage at tap 10 to effect via contact b. The tube 1 is switched off by the inrush current of the tube 2, since the voltage drop at the resistor 5 briefly falls below the operating voltage for the tube 1. The in F i g. 1 is described for the bands I, III and IV / V, but it can easily be used in this form for the coordination of any other communication device with other wavebands. You can z. B. use additional cold cathode tubes instead of the three tubes 13, 19 and 20 for switching on other areas. In the event that a predetermined number of channels or stations is to be switched on, one can of course dispense with an additional arrangement of tubes for switching on wavebands and only use tubes for switching on stations, which can then not be used multiple times. In this case, relays A and B would be assigned additional contacts for voltage switching etc.
In Fig. 2 shows a circuit in which relays have been dispensed with in the circuits of the tubes used for setting the stations. In this circuit, the same circuit elements as in FIG. 1 are provided with the same reference numerals. The tube 1 is provided with an adjustable resistor in the anode circuit, by means of which the current in this tube can be preset. The voltage for the actuators in boxes 11 and 12 are taken from a resistor 30 which is common to all tubes used for station setting. In a further simplification, the resistor 30 could be combined with the resistor 5. The voltage tapped from the resistor 30 is fed to the parallel connection of contacts 31, 32, 33 and 34, which belong to relays D, E, F and G. The outputs of the contacts 31, 32 and 33, 34 are each combined and connected to the boxes 11 and 12, respectively. With the circuit described so far, one station tube and one of the waveband tubes must still be operated. In particular in the case of the FIG. 2, a further simplification can be achieved in that one tube for each station setting is combined with one tube each for wave range setting so that when one tube is ignited, the other tube is also ignited at the same time. This can e.g. B. done by connecting the starter electrodes. In this case, a greater number of station buttons will be provided than corresponds to the number of wavebands, so that some electronic pushbuttons are not coupled to tubes for waveband switching. You can therefore set several station buttons to specific stations in one of the wavebands, when they are
The corresponding other station key, which is linked to the waveband key, is deleted, but not the one for switching the waveband
serving tube itself. This is due to the fact that the in the anode circuit is used for switching the waveband
Serving tubes lying common resistor 14 only from an inrush current
is flowed through when another of the same type of tubes for switching the waveband
is operated. Appropriately you will for the connection of the starter electrodes
Provide adjustment tubes and contact clips that can be either inserted or removed.
In an arrangement with several station buttons as a waveband switch, it is advantageous to at least
to connect the surplus station buttons optionally with the waveband switch.
For this purpose, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment,
in which each station button has two separate touch electrodes, e.g. B. 18 and 35,
which are actuated at the same time when they are touched, but are then galvanically separated from each other.
The touch electrodes 35 of the individual station buttons are connected to a control panel 36, the
in particular is laid under an externally accessible flap. There are contacts in the control panel
37,38 arranged by switches 39,40 or brackets with contacts 41 for the connection of starter electrodes
of the waveguide tubes 13,19,20 can be connected. The touch electrodes
can be circular (as shown) or as sectors or in a similar shape.
It is essential that both electrodes cause ignition at the same time when they come into contact.
ίο It is of course also possible instead of one
continuous adjustment of frequency-dependent parts of the tuning device through the cathode tubes
only to carry out switching functions in order to set motors for the various wave areas
or make pre-matched items effective. For this one is preferably in the
Main circuit of each cold cathode tube switch on a relay, which contacts in the respective
Has motor circuits. The deletion of the individual tubes and thus the shutdown of the corresponding
Motors happens as in the previous figures through a common resistance,
whose voltage drop falls below the operating voltage at the moment the other tube is switched on.
