standsstege in lagen getrennty eingelegt
und mit ihren Anschlußdrähten
innerhalb einer jeden Lage ausgerichtet;
mit aushärtendem Kunststoff ausgefüllt und der Kunststoff wird ausgehärtet;
Method for producing electrical functional units from conventional components The invention provides a method for producing electrical functional units which are assembled from conventional components provided with connecting wires. The components are in this case in a block cast from hardening plastic on the surface of which the connecting wires end and there lower one inside the other and / or are interconnected with power leads and leads by printed conductor tracks. One such method is for example the following steps: a) In a mold for the components containing Künststoffblock the conventional devices, stand webs by waste in getrennty layers are inserted and aligned with their connecting wires within each layer; b) as the top layer, angled power supply lines and leads are inserted in such a way that each end is directed perpendicular to the side surface of the casting mold and the other end protrudes from the casting mold; -c) the casting mold is filled with hardening plastic and the plastic is hardened; d) then the mold is removed and the dimensions of the cast block are reduced to my final shape; e) the interconnection of the functional unit z takes place on the surfaces of the plastic block according to methods known per se.
This method is advantageously developed by the present invention. According to the invention, the present method is characterized in that the components, as well as the angled power supply lines and leads, are lined up according to the individual layers on strips before being placed in the mold, the dimensions of which are matched to the distance between the individual layers. Preferably strips of thermoplastic material Pil 9/4 9 1/8. 00 3 - 1466292 is used, which is in particular electrically insulating, because then the testing of the individual components is made possible both with regard to their electrical values and with regard to their correct position. It is per se also possible to use metal strips, but then the distance between the metal strips and the structural elements must be sufficiently large so that the metal strips are completely removed when the dimensions of the later produced plastic block are reduced. The components are placed on the strips, using appropriate devices, for example combs or rakes, to ensure that the components maintain the edge and grid spacing required for the production of the functional unit. When using thermoplastic plastic strips, a heated tool, for example a stamp or a wheel, presses the BL element connection wires Ao far into the plastic strips so that they lie exactly on a grid line. The top edge of the tire should remain smooth because it serves as a support surface for the strip above when it is placed in the mold. The connecting wires of the components, which are placed on metal strips, can be fastened by welding, for example, by means of a rolling welding electrode. Since the components are only attached to the strips with their connecting wires, ladder-like structures are obtained which are easy to handle. The ladder stiles, d. H. the strips of plastic or metal are expediently designed so that they guarantee the correct position of the components in the porm, d. That is, the length of the spars corresponds to the length of the casting space in the casting mold, while the height of the spars corresponds to the distance between the individual layers, which is, for example, a fixed grid spacing. The width of the spars is to be chosen so that they rest on the long sides of the casting space of the casting mold. The distance between the spars, taking their width into account, is preferably somewhat smaller than the width of the finished puncture unit, so that when using artificial spars it is ensured that the connecting wires of the construction elements when reducing the dimensions of the cast block up to its final shape, which can be done, for example, by grinding, end in the surface of the plastic block. When using metal strips, the spacing of the spars from one another should be greater than the width of the finished functional unit, as already stated above. The method according to the present invention simplifies the placing of the components in the casting mold as well as the possibility of testing the components and their arrangement in the mold.
